Very good product and well priced. one glass unit broke on delivery but was replaced very quickly.

This company is horrendous! I have never experienced such rude customer service. They delivered our bifold doors today and one was broken, when we called to inform the company they accused our builders of breaking the doors!! We know this wasn’t the case! Then they have cancelled our fitting appointment putting it back by 5 days with huge financial implications to us and we’re told that wasn’t their issue! Now looking at multiple other reviews we have realised that this isn’t unusual for this company and their customer services manager!!

Ordered a large aluminium window. Was manufactured and shipped within the timeframe quoted on their website, and delivery confirmed promptly via e-mail. Delivered on time and looks great.

Having read reviews, we paid a visit to the show room to look at the products ‘in the flesh’ so to speak...we were greeted by a lady called Debbie who was very helpful and gave us a quote for our requirements within minutes...Debbie was very informative and upon returning back home, we made the decision to go ahead with our order without hesitation, given how reasonable the cost was in comparison to other competitors and being impressed with what we had seen and heard during our visit.

From ordering to receiving our sliding doors and windows, it took just 3 weeks. We ordered with a gentleman called Liam, who again, was equally as helpful as Debbie and whom we had the pleasure of dealing with then throughout the rest of the process. Upon delivery, there was a slight fault with one of our frames, but after a quick phone call to Liam, he arranged for a replacement to be sent to us the next day!!! which meant that we had no delay when it came to fitting our doors, this was very helpful especially as we had taken time off from work to complete the installation ourselves.

We have been very impressed with the service of the staff both before, during and after sales, the quality is fantastic and have far exceeded our expectations, all at a fraction of the cost of other competitors. We would highly recommend slide and fold and will be returning when we come to replace our other doors and windows

Bought a 2.7M bifold door in aluminium for onward transit to France. The company were well aware of this as we spoke with advisors on the telephone and added a higher uv spec for the glass for the sunnier weather. Also the delivery address was a storage park in the UK. We were absolutely astonished when our transporter arrived and began to hand down totally unprotected panes of glass from the lorry. No pallet, nothing. These doors come in "kit form" that is to say that you have to fit the glass into the frames- which is not at all clear from their website. The frames were barely packaged with just 4 pieces of bubble wrap on each corner. Unsurprisingly, given the journey and interim storage there was an unsightly gash on one of the frames. Slide n Fold are not interested, only offering to participate in half of the replacement cost as a "gesture of goodwill". This was pure negligence on their part in not ensuring that the goods were adequately packaged even though this is a statutory expectation. Would steer clear if you have any time delay between delivery and fitting, especially if you're looking to ship overseas. They maintain that they provide sufficient protection for delivery, frankly I've received shampoo in more bubble wrap.

I visited the office and showroom as previous reviews were poor. So glad I did as I was very impressed with the staff, who were very knowledgable and without their advice I could have made a mistake in my order. The order was for a set of four bifold doors that I installed. The order process was simplicity itself, the price was excellent, were delivered within the timescale agreed and were a perfect fit. Two end caps were missing on the delivery but a phone call and email later and these were posted on to me within two days. Highly recommend this company as long as you can measure a hole correctly and can use a plumb line and spirit level.

Im Glad i read the reviews which have put me off from buying from this site.of which if i had not read them i would have placed and order. it is unacceptable how this company has treated you, especailly as these products are alot of money.

We ordered a sliding patio door from this company as it was 25% cheaper than it's local competitor. This has turned out to be a big mistake as the doors are not manufactured properly; the slave panels are cut too short so that the doors have a 100mm gap in the middle and will not close. We have tried to get slideandfold to deal with this issue but they sent down an expert who told us it was not installed properly despite this obvious manufacturing issue.

They refused to accept the return for a refund initially despite the Consumer Rights legislation and eventually told us they would not accept any more correspondence from us leaving us to have to sort it out ourselves. Eventually we had to cut strips of plastic off the door frames to get it to meet in the middle which we shouldn't have had to do. It is tough to shut and lock which we are really disappointed with as it was meant to be the main feature of our kitchen extension.

The customer and after sales service of this company is very poor, if you do buy from them you'd better hope it all runs smoothly as you won't get any support if it doesn't.

Easy and painless. Ordering, scheduling delivery and delivery were all efficient, friendly and painless.

The product was exactly what I wanted. I don't know why anyone would buy windows or doors anywhere else.

Fitting the doors and windows was relatively simple and straightforward.

While I have no problem with the product which was ordered and fitted by my builder and associates, and in fact really like my bi-fold doors, I would strongly urge anyone planning to purchase from this company to read all of there terms and conditions located on their website, particularly in relation to warranties.

Purchased £2000 worth of doors some years ago. When they were installed I noticed condensation forming on one of the panel doors. When I called to query this I was fobbed off. ;4 years later I arrive home to find the same door shattered from the inside! When I contacted them they refused to accept responsibility for the door which had been faulty from day one! I would not recommend this company.
