Well what can I say
Well what can I say, this site is amazing good rtp and payment process is swift. I deposited £100 and played £2.40 a spin and won £800 withdrew £600 and left the £200 to play payment was received in a couple of hours in my bank. You will see negative reviews and some positive reviews regarding Rtp and scams. It is all about luck, I have played on some sites and sometimes you win big or small other times it rinses you to death. But you got to accept that's it's gambling not expected to win all the time. Just have fun and only play what you can afford to lose, set yourself a sensible limit and you will have fun.

£750 wager to receive 50 x 10p spins AVOID AVOID AVOID
This site is terrible they want people to gamble and lose all there money. DONT NOT READ THE WELCOME BONUS. It’s not as displayed. They wanted me to deposit £750 to receive 50 (so called free spins ) valued at 5p hahahaa oh and within 7days to qualify. So £750 to receive the welcome free spins worth £5. Actually a joke of a website and company. Money to withdraw over a week. Stick to the bigger sites that offer proper welcome bonuses and not this Micky mouse site

Honestly, the slot I play, RIGGED!
Honestly, it’s rigged. I play a slot for a few hours a day. It seems back and forth when betting £1 - £4 per spin. But I tested £10 spins (£1000 max) 3 times over 3 days and lost £3000 and returned just under £380. I max bet per spin (£10) and over 100 spins I only returned £164 at my best. I even hit a bonus (7 free spins) and won £110! I have bet £0.20p spins and ofter win close to £100 on a bonus round. I screen recorded everything. As soon as you bet more than £4 per spin, you can spin over 20 times often and not win any money back, dead spins. As soon as you reduce the spin price you start winning something. Nothing they can say would put any doubt in my mind.

We hear your feedback regarding the payouts you've experienced on our site.
It’s understandable that you would be disappointed if you feel the payouts haven't been as generous as you’d hoped for.
SlotBoss does not create games, we only host game providers and you can find the same games on several online gaming sites. All games are regularly audited by the Gaming Commission to ensure that they run under licensing requirements and are fair and random.
The RTP (Return to the Player) of each game is calculated over millions of spins of all customers. You can find the RTP in each game description or in the game rules. Each spin is independent, which means that it is not affected by previous or future spins. Anyone can play one spin and win a million, while others can play thousands of spins and receive no winnings.
Here at SlotBoss, we take responsible gambling very seriously and want to ensure a safe and fun environment for all our players at all times. Gambling should be a source of entertainment and should never be used to make money.
To gain a clearer understanding of the situation, Please be aware that I have sent you an internal request through Trustpilot for me to be able to contact you directly and to be in a position to handle your concerns.
Our aim is to ensure fairness and transparency in all our games and payouts.
Kind Regards, SlotBoss

Dear Candice,
We hear your frustration – it’s definitely not the experience we want you to have. Losing streaks can be tough, and it’s understandable to feel disappointed, especially if you haven’t had a chance to withdraw any winnings.
We want to assure you that our platform operates fairly and transparently. Our games run on a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes for every spin. This means that the results are completely random and not rigged against players.
We're committed to providing an enjoyable gaming experience, and we understand that winning is a big part of that. While we can’t guarantee wins every time, we are always working to offer a diverse selection of engaging games to maximize your chances of finding something you enjoy and, hopefully, having some winning spins along the way.
The Slot Boss Team.
If I could put zero I would
If I could put zero I would ! I played around 2800 pound ok ? I won it back and try to withdraw they are making it impossible first id and proof of adress it’s ok i played on lots of website i can understand , then they asking my virtual card confirmation wich from Revolut doesn’t have name on it , so they keep refusing it what can I do ? I don’t work for Revolut I ask if I can provide other bank card from real bank they said no they keeping my 2500 pound and close my account I feel extremely sad I never experienced this with any website casino in my life always successful withdraw and they have no number to call and when I ask if I can talk by email to find a solution with someone higher they telling no , re upload ur cards again wich I did 4 times already anyway please don’t bet with them if you have virtual card they will stole you like they trying to do me ! And I won’t let this happen I ll post an update , ok an update the casino is actually legit but 6 people from the custummer service really s….ed but after 6 hours trying and talking the 7 person Nicholas (thank you) was nice and truly helped so I got my money back wich is the most important and close my account cause I wasn’t allowed to play with my partner card it’s against the policy I just didn’t know that but at least is fair so I m upgrading my 1 star review to 4 for the casino itself and the customer service should hire more people like Nicholas who are helpful and have empathy 👍🏽

Slotbos practises
I am very disappointed with Slotboss. After depositing few thousand pounds and losing it, I was due a cashback at the end of the week. Just when I supposed to receive it, my account was restricted.
The timing seems intentional to avoid honoring the cashback. As a generally loyal customer, I feel betrayed. No clarity was provided from their staff on the reasons for restricting the account. Therefore, they can restrict your account at any time without providing reasons and deny you of your cashback, bonuses etc.
Potential customers, beware. I cannot recommend Slotboss. From my experience is that their practices are deceptive and unethical.
