We have 6 locations across Brighton and Hove where customers come to chill out with friends, pets or their laptops to enjoy their local speciality coffee roaster and a bite to eat. Just to let you know that the delivery…
Just to let you know that the delivery of my order was really slow. Ordered on 3rd. Dispatched on 6th. But arrived only on 13th. Hope that this will not be the pattern with my monthly order. At least I already know the coffee will be great! Best wishes.

Horrible experience
Appalling service, they do not respond to emails or phone calls. The coffee arrived in a damaged box and one of the 5kg bags was split open with the coffee beans everywhere, The other 5kg was stale coffee beans ( not fresh at all) and looked like unsold coffee beans from two years ago. I can't believe I wasted almost £200 on this rubbish.

Fantastic, fresh coffee
The coffee I revieved was absolutely delicious. One of my new favourites.i had no issue with delivery however I ordered through a third party (beanz.com) due to an offer I had with a unit we bought. The coffee was amazing and very freshly Roasted on delivery, like 3 or 4 days.

My coffee has failed to arrive for the second time in a row and I have yet to hear back on this last occasion. Both the website and the automatic reply emails still seem to want to blame postal strikes that actually didn’t happen in the end. Very poor customer service.
