I only have positive things to say about this company and highly recommend them to anyone wishing to move house!

Paula was professional and friendly throughout, and nothing was ever too much effort. The collection was well organised and efficient, with the driver being very calm and helping with the loading, and the delivery was equally efficient.

They made the move from the UK to France so easy, nothing was damaged or broken and also this was the best quote I had received.

I hope they continue to grow and have successes in the future! Thank you :)

I choose Smart Move London to move my London home storage back to South West of France.
They were not only one of the best value, but also dealt with my double contraints: 2 pick up addresses to be consolidated + narrow access to the final destination. Thank you Paula and team that was not the easiest one and it went smoothly.

Absolutely fantastic service from beginning to end. Cheapest quote from 3 received. Collection was on time and efficient. Delivery 2 weeks later was also efficient, 2 hours earlier than predicted arrival time tbh. Items arrived all safe and sound. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend to anyone requiring removal services.

Smart Move London did a small removal for me from London to Brussels. The packers were punctual, pleasant, polite and efficient. The furniture was extremely well protected with bubble wrap. The delivery in Brussels was also punctual and efficient. I am delighted with the speed and efficiency, and also very reasonable cost of my removal. I am so glad we chose smart move! Paula was in constant contact with us, she was friendly and very professional. She quickly answered all my emails, phone calls and texts, answering all my questions about the details of the costs. The Removal men were very polite and helpful and pretty much repacked our stuff for us to make sure everything arrived safely!
