WHAT A WASTE OF GOOD MONEY
I received only half my order. (Embroider stitch book kit) the embroidery bag contained thin sewing cotton, not embroidery threads, no use at all. The little book was too small to embroider (the one on the internet was probably done using textas, the loose pages poor quality material, printed too dark for threads to hide, and no instructions whatsoever as to how to do the embroidery, so no use for a beginner at all. What a waste of $99. Should have read the reviews first and saved my money.

My order was initially doubled when I first submitted it online. When I tried to cancel, it had already been shipped. Klaus from support contacted me and offered some remedies. I decided to wait until the product arrived. I was happy with the product so chose to keep both of them.
