I ordered two jar openers toward the…

I ordered two jar openers toward the end of January, if I had known this was "coming" from China I would have not ordered them. I received a tracking number, when I checked it it said the merchandise had been delivered near or in my mail box. Never arrived. I contacted the customer service site, the reply was it was delivered. Not to me.

Battery powered 12 inch snow shovel

I purchased the battery powered Snow shovel. The handle pole was not assembled properly, so there was no way to keep the pole from separating. I reported the defect to customer service and Kaus refunded the full purchase price that I charged to my credit card. I’m very happy with how the problem was remedied. Thank you very much.

Does NOT WORKas videos show

Bought the wild tornado drain cleaner ..sadly the advertisement is wrong..it DOES NOT unclog drain. After 3 tries I sent email requesting return instructions .sent email 10 days straight finally went on their site filled out contact form then I recvd reply told a refund on the way. Still waiting on it but gave 2 stars because they actually are standing by money back guarantee saker looks to have great products even how offering yet another drain cleaner I would beware and NOT believe the videos sorry

Please cancel order

I asked that my order be canceled a few minutes after placing it. This is before shipping. They said it would be canceled, and I wouldn't receive what I paid for. They're keeping some of them for some reason. I am sending the product back as it was sent to me, new. I would not get my refund if was to use or keep part of the product. Not fair at all.

I am happy with the company’s attention with my order. Just hoping all is accomplished!

I realized that I measured incorrectly right after I placed my order. I immediately cancelled the order. I heard back that they received the cancellation. All seemed great! 2 days later I received an email saying the item had shipped. I emailed back and expressed my disappointment.
I received another email on day 4 saying they have credited my account for the item. My fingers are crossed!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I’m attempting to return a defective product. They acknowledged that I sent an email for a return request weeks ago and never sent anything else. Do not buy from here. It is junk and impossible to return anything.

I ordered a set of "funny prop…

I ordered a set of "funny prop glasses". They were received today, but do not work as shown in the ads. A pull string is required to make the eyes blink rather than automatic response. While the glasses are neat, they do not work as shown in the ads. This is the second time I have received a product where the ad was totally misleading. The first product I tried to return, but was told I would get a significant price reduction if I kept it. I agreed. This time I received a response and a complete refund. I must increase my rating from 2 stars to 3. I will now try them again as they have a very interesting set of products.

I ordered an electric space heater…since writing my review I have been in contact with the company and they have resolved this issue to my complete satisfaction.

I ordered an electric space heater which did not perform as advertised.
I have emailed the company and provided all the required information and requested a refund. After sending follow up email I have only received an auto acknowledgement. They have been given ample time to respond.
Based on my experience with this company and the negative reviews from other users I would strongly caution dealing with them.
