The content is great! The biggest improvement would be to have an actual person lead the lessons—especially the ones on eloquent speaking or communication. Listening to AI voice loses the punch.

Be mindful of possible hidden subscription

I was confused and angry about how I had ended up in a repeat subscription situation for 3 months out of the blue. I cancelled the subscription immediately and contacted via their help email. Nikki was very helpful in their accounts dept and refunded immediately. I cannot recommend the app as I haven’t used it but I can highly recommend their customer accounts team for rectifying the situation so swiftly - thanks Nikki

Good information, but haven't seen any quizzes or anything to practice on to enhance retention. Maybe that's not the goal of this, though.

Good suggestions are shared. I think the cartoons can be changed to look more mature using real people.
Would be nice to have a spot to take notes on screen.
