An excellent and fast professional service.

I can highly recommend Chris and Smile Computers; just repaired a damaged laptop screen. Chris kept me up to date with progress, and even safely downloaded info from the laptop that I required onto a hard drive, so that we could continue with work etc.

I was finding it very stressful trying to get my card terminal fixed!
Chris knows what to look for, and spoke to the terminal company on my behalf. They couldn’t mess him about, like they would have myself! He knew that he had checked the WiFi, phone line etc.
Chris went above and beyond for a nominal fee, leaving me to just get on with my day.
Can’t fault him this time or previous!

We have used Chris a few times and he always delivered excellent prompt service. I had wasted hours trying to get my scanner to work with my computer. Just before throwing it out of the window in frustration I called Chris. Appointment made promptly and problem fixed in less than an hour. Great service.

sitting in front of a 9year old laptop that just gave up i asked friends did they know anyone who could help,and many said chris at smile computers he came found the problem dead hard drive he updated me to ssd and more ram,gave me a price and how long it would take.he came in with the agreed price and time also set it up and loaded my apps,it now runs faster then when it was new.so if anyone has pc problems this the wizard you should call a great guy and above all is honest

Chris was helpful, efficient and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He sorted our issues straight away and offered other helpful suggestions beyond our original problem. all of this at a fair price. Would definitely use Smile again (though hopefully we won't need to!).

I hadn't bought a new laptop for over 12 years and was completely out of touch with all the tech speak required to get myself back in the world of home technology but Chris was so helpful and patient with me. He gave me great advice which enabled me to buy a suitable machine and even set it all up for me from first power up, to installing all the software I needed so I can work from home. Can't recommend Smile computers enough. So rare to find a techy that really knows their stuff but doesn't make you feel like an idiot if it's all Greek to you.
