I am living in SA and bought a product where the charge port stopped working. I have submitted a warranty claim as the store where I bought it is not accepting any returns. The communication from SMOK was clear and prompt. They guided me through the entire process which was quick and seamless. Without hesitation, SMOK replaced my product and delivered it to SA without any issues. I have received good service at no additional cost. I would recommend SMOK to everyone I know.

I've not bothered to claim under warranty as they don't seem interested in fulfilling their responsibility as far a guarantees are involved.
Smok running Amok
Bought what I thought would be a great unit to last. It lasted 6 weeks before the USB charge socket failed. Smok have a warranty process which they obviously ignore, it’s been two weeks now so obviously they don’t care about after sales.
Shame on you Smok, hope you’re smiling as you Smirk at me. £54 item that lasted 6week.

NOVO 2X coils are crap
NOVO 2X coils are crap. Went form the .9 to this new side loading 1.0 The .9 was hit and miss. This new one is inconvenient and even more hit and miss. at $16 retail per box (3 coils) they last maybe 1 day. This is way to costly for something that should work better. Bad coils. Waist of money but we all need our nicotine. Seems like a money grab on a crappy product. Get it together SMOK.
Used to be a decent brand
Used to be a decent brand. Unfortunately in my opinion they now make the devices to intentionally break. The nord 5 pods constantly snap in half. When emailed support responded, “If the concentrated spice contains a high concentration of isoamyl acetate or glycerol triacetate, banana flavoring, it will crack.We recommend that you try a different vape oil.” I’ve been using the same brand of juice for years and never had any pods crack on me. They acknowledge the fault in the product yet continue to sell it without improving quality. I also wonder how much plastic gets into the vape juice as the integrity of the pod decreases before breaking.

DO NOT BUY! The pods of these pens leak so bad you mine as well drink the liquid. Not only that, it leaks inside of the pen eventually destroying the pen so you have to buy a new one. How sneaky are they! Way to get more money out of you! You would think after so many years of leakage that they would fix the problem, BUT they are greedy and want your money.

Bought Smok Rigel and warranty is a joke.
Bought Smok Rigel and unit randomly stops working after 29 days. I paid to ship it to get fixed and received the unit back with a piece of paper that says, there is nothing wrong with it and to not plug it in only use an external battery charger. I put in new batteries and it worked for 5 minutes then stops working. So now I have a faulty unit, paid to return it and had to buy a back up unit and it’s useless. $160 later and now can’t get a response, what a joke.
Ignored the warranty claim
Ignored the warranty claim. Submitted pictures, described what was wrong, they never responded.
I like their product overall, but a warranty is a warranty and not only don't they honor theirs, they ignore the response through their email all together. Not to mention their video uploader didn't. I've uploaded numerous videos since then to other sites, so it ain't me.
Faulty unit and simply ignored warranty claim
Bought a Smok RPM5 and leaked from first use. Spent time submitting a warranty claim on official site with pictures etc several weeks ago which has been ignored.

The mod arrived to me on November 17, 2023, I wasn't supposed to write anything, but I have to. I have bought vape equipment in other stores but have never experienced such treatment.
I bought the treeboem mini mod in the smoktech store. After a long wait, the parcel arrived. I was very surprised because the box from the mod was unwrapped. I was even more surprised because there were no boxes for this mod. It was probably bigger than some box kit dragon. There was no manual, cable, etc. In response to my complaint, the company said nothing had happened, it was a minor issue. This store is an amateur, a failure!!!

Be Careful Guys! Factory sealed smok V2 kit arrived yesterday, wrong tank in box that didnt fit device and the device is faulty. Faulty Vape
My original vape wouldn't turn off within a month of receiving it.
I contacted customer services who required video proof of the fault plus the code on the box and receipt. Fair enough.
After reading these reviews, I feel extremely lucky that I received a replacement! However, this one is doing the same thing! The instructions state that pressing 5 times in quick succession will turn vape on. Long hold to vape and then 5 presses to turn off. Its not turning off and I seem to have to do numerous times of 5 presses to get it on. I've also had to charge it for half hour to get it to work despite 3 lights flashing which mean charge is full. A very frustrating process and a waste of charging battery just coz it won't turn off.
Although I am grateful for the replacement, I was hoping it would work properly.
I would not recommend this product. I have given 2 * because customer service sent me a replacement.

This company and brand is HORRIBLE. The vape store said I had to take it up with the manufacturer and guess what??? The manufacturer said there’s nothing they can do about faulty coils because they aren’t under warranty. I have had 3 faulty coils within the past 2 weeks. Now I am not poor by any means, but I am not wealthy either. I think $4.77 a coil is a little steep especially if you are changing them every 3 days OR if you put them in and they are faulty at the getgo. Depending on the coil, i may need to change after 2 days. I mean REALLY? And the other coils are just as bad. I put it in and immediately it says OHMS too low. Well this is faulty. And so now I am out $15.00. And nothing I can do about it. If this persists, I may not out a lot more. Very VERY frustrating. Get it together and start making good products or no one will buy from you again.
