Friendly, and very professional, made selling stress free.

Faultless second transaction with SMR, selling on a good condition, 22 plate car. As ever, and per the experiences of people I have recommended to SMR, the transaction and sale were faultless. Having sent detailed and clear photos and condition description, there was no change to the offered price, and collection was quick and exactly on time. I always recommend SMR to friends, and recommend them to you if you are reading this.

Sold my car recently to SMR Direct, they provided a quick efficient service, no price chipping and came to collect the car promptly. Staff were friendly and polite and made me feel at ease especially with a process I am not overly familiar with. Would definitely recommend.

They turned up next day, on time as promised. Surveyed car, no quibble and 15 mins later, with funds in my account they were gone as was the car.

Where do we start. Buying or selling your vehicle is most people’s nightmare, your pride and joy of your vehicle needs to be sold and you phone a car buyer or take it to a local garage, they kick the tyres and give your some excuse the colour in wrong or the spec is not right, they give you a price and you nearly collapse on the floor in stock, “is that all it’s worth”! and you can’t be bothered to sell.
I tried SMR Direct, I spoke to the most likeable person Andy , never have I been spoken to in a way, that I was a human being, so polite and honest, asked me questions about my vehicle and I gave a honest answer on the condition, then Andy gave me a figure that he was happy to pay for my vehicle and after a little haggling, I got what I was happy with and Andy was also happy to pay, Andy asked me to send a copy of the registration documents of the vehicle and proof of ID , and for my bank details and transferred £500 deposit into my bank account.
Andy asked when it would be convenient to collect my vehicle from my home.
It was arranged a few days later and the boss Sean turned up, bang on time with his vehicle and trailer.
Sean very professional, had a good examination of my vehicle and said how honest I was with the condition description,
5 minutes later Sean was honest to his word to pay the agreed payment for my vehicle and transferred the funds immediately into my account and I checked and there is was , Sean loaded my vehicle onto the trailer and off he went.
I can truly say how stress free the whole process was and 100% recommend SMR Direct..
All I can say is, like most things in life, be honest and other people will be honest, Trust needed on both sides as well. Thank you Andy and Sean.
