I only used the free service so far, as I only needed to send 100 mails every 3 months, but I have to confess that the provided service and support is way beyond what I expected, even for the free tier. Super responsive, technically savvy and the system is easy to setup. Should I ever have more serious needs, this is the service I would use.

I got help by Jose setting up my DNS settings on my website. He explained things very well, he was quick on his feet and overall a super nice guy to talk to. I can recommend SMTP2GO, as they give perfect service for someone just starting out - plus their customer service really makes it extra excellent!

The service continually works. I have never had a problem with it at all.

I've tried a few...but these people are the best at making sure your mail gets to its destination. They know what they are doing. Easy to setup, manage and I'm slowly getting all my clients to start using them as well, as it makes my job easier.

Smtp2go is my link to critical equipment and remote controls sending alarms. Much of our gear won’t do the sophisticated email sending. Seems like other normal email like Gmail was always breaking our alerts. Your service is a Godsend! I especially love the SMS sending. That’s a huge help!

Does what it says on the box - reliable and trust worthy service

Easy to set up and connect to, but most importantly,in more than a year we have been using the service it was only down for a brief time once. Just rock solid service, and our copiers send through it with very little delay.

Been using SMTP2GO for a while with only positive experiences.
The product is very easy to configure and does exactly what it promises. Pricing is fair, and their platform hasn't experienced an outage since we started using them. (2+ years)

We use SMTP2GO monthly to distribute thousands of reports, their service delivers it efficiently and gives us some really good statistics on everything imaginable, receipts, what was clicked etc.. they also go out of their way to ensure anyone using shared IP is behaving by monitoring any unusual activity (bounces etc), which ensures our emails reach the destination without falling into junk etc.

Very good people, top of their game of email and SMS delivery. If you're considering a bulk email/sms solution - I would seriously consider going with SMTP2GO. Great service, user experience and customer communications whenever needed.

I use the service for remote telemetry alarms. It's extremely reliable, more so than any of the previous services I tried.

Great Company great product we use this application to allow our clients to email from their Office Equipment, this allows us to manage the whole process and just have the client verify their email/domain. Very easy to manage and well priced.
