Snakzy is a scam. Never pays out over $5. Doesn't respond to reporting a problem. Even when you provide screenshots they refuse to pay out.

Follow up, after resubmitting all proof, snakzy agreed I had completed the goal and still denied payment blaming a nameless third party.

My account was suspended after grinding to the required amount of coins. I played simple puzzle games only I could do rather easily and saved up to the required 35000 coins needed to unlock the shop. Yet I was still told I broke the rules. The so called 'review' they did to make sure I wasn't cheating was only done in like 15 hours

I really dislike it when I finally make 6000 points and then all of your 5$ gift cards disappear so I can't make a purchase.I also hate that you charge 1000 extra points to purchase a virtual gift card that I usually use on one of the games in your app. I had one game pay me out decent points every week and now it's a bunch of 500 to 1000 level tasks to make 5 to 10 from the tasks that take 200 to 300 hundred hours of game play that is constantly interrupted with the same ad that forces us to watch the full length of the ad 3 to 5 times for one reward. Your surveys ask for personal information then say you didn't qualify and if you do qualify by some miracle you end up answering questions about every company you Click on , the survey takes 10 tines longer than what the estimated time says and you spend hours to make around 30 cents. I erased my just play app to play snakzy games full time but I might as well play games I actually like since you don't pay out anymore. I watched ads and played your games for 4 to 12 hours a day and I'm lucky if can buy 15$ in Google play credit in a month. I definitely can't win anything not even a 5$ gift card for my efforts 😒 I just made 25$ from free cash I'm thinking it's time to move on from snazzy. I love your customer support it improved majorly but forgot about 20$ to 30$ in task rewards that I showed proof of completing and I didn't even get a reply to them. I had major issues for a couple days and let I let it go because I was happy to finally purchase the one and only 50$ visa card that cost 10,000 points more than it should have. Your the only app so far that gets over on its players by taxing there hard earned points. SMH

I've tried other apps like snakzys an none of there games is good as yours an pay out was quick.I don't see myself stop playing any time soon

It doesn't allow me to play or even redeem my points. If you play well the app delete the game to stop you gaining more points. I don't recommend it at all.

I spent weeks saving up coins to finally afford the minimum cashout via paypal. Only to find out that i need to make 35 dollars just to unlock the shop! at the rates you give us to use your app, that would literally take months of grinding just to unlock the shop. Utterly ridiculous and a complete waste of time if you have any self respect. There is absolutley no reason to hide cashouts behind huge paywalls other than to be predatory and hope people use your app without ever cashing out. Which is exactly what you got out of me, horrible business practice. DO NOT USE THIS APP IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME

WON A $25 Amazon Gift Card.. They didn't give it to me .. the day after they TOOK ALL MY MONEY I JUST EARNED. $11 WORTH AFTER A FEW HOURS OF MAKING IN GAME APP PURCHASES.. PLAYING MONOPOLY GO. Wasted time. Money. $22 MINIMUM FOR PAYPAL? THE AMAZON GIFT CARD SPIN GIVEAWAY IS RIGGED.80 percent of the time I got the lowest possible amount. It just slowly drains your account. Especially when it glitched out and keeps spinning and screen freezes. Next day happened again on my last spin .. when it finally stopped spinning it landed on $25 Amazon gift card but didn't get it. They only counted 40 minutes for every hour I was playing monopoly go. Don't use the 3 rd party enabla wallet. It was showing Euros after I switched to us dollar. Would freeze. They charge a fee. Why wouldn't Snakzy just offer their own gift cards ? They do. 😂. Why wouldn't they just offer any amount. Minimum $1 worth of coins like free cash. Scrambly.Swag is $5? instead of $22 worth of coins Snakzy charges. Why? So they can get violate your rights as a consumer. Forcing you to use Enabla wallet? Which is a foreign wallet. Even switching it to us dollars doesn't change the currency. Then it froze. Or order was unavailable. SUCH A SCAM. THEY OWE ME A $25 GIFT CARD. $11. Lost during glitches. It made my phone over heat .. SNAKZY RESPONDED TO KY REVIEW ON GOOGLE. THEY'RE ONE OF THOSE COMPANIES THAT PRETENDS LIKE THEY'LL GET THINGS PROPERLY RESOLVED. SAID THEY'D MAKE IT RIGHT. THEN WASTED MORE HOURS TRYINGp TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED. THEY DIDNT ANSWER MY QUESTION ABOUT WHY IF I PAID FOR A SPIN ... AND IT STOPPED ON AMAZON GIFT CARD... WHY I WOULDN'T GET IT? WHAT WAS THE RESULT OF MY LAST SPIN.? NOTHING? . Every aspect sucks ...

LOOK AT ALL THESE 1 Star reviews. I'M FILING A LAWSUIT. THEYRE BREAKING CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS. . THEY CAN'T GLITCH AWAY YOUR COINS. NOT PAYOUT WINNINGS. THE WALLET THEYRE USING .. THESE GUYS NEED TO GET CHECKED IN COURT. SO THATS what I'm doing. It's a probable pattern.. just look on here and Google reviews. They're borderline criminal. $1 needed for PayPal redemption. Or $22? Scrambly. Free Cash. Swagbucks. All are $20 less to redeem. Court should be interesting.. I won't settle on this one either. They had a chance to settle. Ppl are going to say .. why go through all the work or filling a lawsuit for $40-$50... Because that's the point. That's what everyone says so they know they can do it. Get emboldened There's a bunch of laws designed to protect consumers .. they didn't get the memo. I'll update my court progress on here. Every Day.

I been trying to find snakzy alternative, but I am having a bad time doing it. Snakzy is just superior alternative if you want to play games and earn some cash on the side. Highly recommended.

since i have been using this app whenever I have had little issues and contacted customer service they are right there recently I had a experience where 2 of my game decided to go haywire and I had already put a good amount of time in and I was actually expecting them to say sorry install another game but they fixed it and I am still playing them I havent had an issue with withdrawing funds I have still checked out other apps and then end up deleting. These people are awesome love this app

Played the games. Every time I I did something for 52 coins, I received about 7.
Worked my way up to over 11k coins.
Went to cash out for a $10 Steam Gift Card and, oops, now I have to "open the shop" to cash out, and that takes 30k.
Absolute scam.
So here I am and there I went!

The service team is very professional and determined to give the best experience possible. Any issue I have ever had has always been handled quickly and usually without any help from me, which I love. Great job!!
