Best game playing app there is. Best customer service of them all.

I had a daily bonus that I owned up to and didn't receive the points as I provided all the proper items they ignored me all day only to say they where sending it even hire up. Next thing I know the chatt is shut down and there was only a message stating that they couldn't help and to try opening another ticket! While I did this I was expecting it to be the same as the day before
Only this time the man was rude. And told me that the bonus wasn't even on there and there was pretty much nothing he was gonna try... So I slowed down on using that app.

1 Star: My reward was denied despite completing the requirements

I completed a Bingo Blitz consecutive-day offer on Snakzy. One night I played past midnight, ending my session at approximately 12:10 AM. Initially, Snakzy claimed I had no activity on June 23 because their system did not record it. After multiple support conversations, that issue was corrected.

However, support then denied my 90-minute reward for June 24.

They asked me to provide my Android Digital Wellbeing screen-time data, which showed about 1 hour and 5 minutes for June 24. I explained that this was because my gameplay crossed midnight and because I ended one session at 12:10 AM before immediately starting a new tracked session.

The problem is that Snakzy's own in-app tracker showed over 1 hour and 32 minutes of tracked gameplay for my new June 24 session, which exceeds the 90-minute requirement. Despite this, support relied on my phone's screen-time summary instead of their own tracking data.

My concern is not just the denied reward, but the inconsistent handling of evidence. If your own tracker records more than 90 minutes, it should carry more weight than Android's general screen-time statistics.

If you complete offers on Snakzy, I recommend taking screenshots of the tracker frequently, especially around midnight, because resolving tracking disputes can be difficult.

This company finds every way to take the money you earn and keep for themselves. I have used the app for almost 2 years and can speak from personal experience that the hours I spent on Snakzy was wasted time and energy. Every other time I went to cash out they either logged me out of my account and when I would go back in there was always something new you had to do to cash out. If you were unable then you were out of luck. Their help chat is AI and you get nowhere! I wouldn't recommend Snakzy to anyone!

Your team is amazing and thank you all for everything

In my experience, this app has been a complete disappointment. I spent a long time playing, invested my own money to reach in-game goals, and legitimately earned approximately $280 USD in rewards.
When I tried to redeem my earnings for gift cards, my account was suddenly restricted. I contacted customer support, and they told me I had violated their Terms of Service. I carefully reviewed the rules and could not find anything I had done that violated them.
I repeatedly asked them to explain which rule I had supposedly broken, but they kept giving me the same response: they could not disclose the reason, and their decision was final and could not be appealed.
As a result, I lost access to both my account and the $280 I had earned. In my opinion, this is an unfair and non-transparent way to treat users. If a company is going to restrict an account and withhold a user's rewards, it should at least provide a clear explanation and offer a fair appeals process.
I cannot recommend this app. My experience was spending my own time and money, earning rewards, and then having my account restricted without any meaningful explanation when it was time to redeem them.

Enjoyable games, they pay u when they say they will. Customer Service is fast and the people are great 👍

I have been playing June's Journey and have made a good amount money just for playing a game I really enjoy. Snakzy really does pay for playing. Not like some others. Thank you Snakzy!!

Snakzy is absolutely legit. Support is incredibly responsive and actually problem solves without days of messaging and all that, in the very few issues I've had. Cashouts are super fast. I used paypal or googleplay option. Paypal transfers within minutes and the googleplay is immediate. Cashed out over 1000$ probably in last few months and will say, if you're looking for honest, true, professional app, look no further.

Good app, pretty okay games and you can earn, no issues

When i chose my method of payment, they informed me that I needed more points to "unlock" the rewards. First time I ever heard of this. Scam!!!! Waste of time.
