not the greatest gym in the world but always open and is very convenient. The only issue I have had with them is that their prices are extremely high. If you have JD gym near you then that hits all the right spots!

The premises in Galway city are not so good. The upholstery is ripped off that it has cause harm to my skin.
To cancel you have to pay a fee for one more month even if you are not using the gym so I find it and unfair advantage. Members should be allow to leave when they want without having to pay extra.

Avoid avoid avoid! They won’t let you cancel, and they will renew your membership without your permission! I have tried to cancel multiple times by phone and emails, and in each occasion the team provided a lame excuse to not cancel the membership and to renew it. Avoid at all cost! There are better equipped gym out there, this is an utter fraud, don’t bother. Too bad I can’t give a zero star!

I had signed a 12 months contract on direct debit and once the 12 months contracted ended with a letter to cancel, they continue to charge the direct debit. Can not get hold of anyone who can help. Bank said they charge on different code. BUYER BEWARE

This is a great gym in a great location in Pyrmont. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. Open 24hrs a day with plenty of equipment.

The locations I've been to in Auckland were always pretty alright. Some spots are a bit tired, sure, but the gear is trustworthy and the team have always been helpful whenever I've had to ask for advice.

Never there during "staffed hours" when we tried to cancel membership because they require you to cancel in person. Ridiculous when they aren't staffed past 5pm. So do they expect us to request off a day from work just to come cancel my membership and miss out on a days pay? complete bulls**t. Seems like a convenient excuse to scam people of their money. will never use this gym. 0/10

My gym closed down at the start of the pandemic. I was very lucky to get my membership canceled right before other wise they would have stolen my money.

Never Ever sign up with any Snap Fitness Location in Canada! The mother company that manages them is Lift Brands or Lift Brand, they both have horrible customer service and ripped me off! You’d think you are signing up with a good company with a reputation and fancy social media but you are not!! You are actually signing up with the person that owns the gym, they only sold him the name but if something goes wrong, anything, from emergency to injury in the gym to harrasement to bankruptcy then you have to deal with that person not them. I paid $500 for a 6 months membership with a location near me thinking I’m signing up with reputable company and even the forms had their logos!! Big scammers!! Anyway, after two weeks, the gym closed and had an eviction notice on the door!! The gym owner person went bankrupt!! He did not tell me that when I signed up! He just took my money!! $500 people!! I spoke to head office and they said that I have to deal with the mysterious person who owns the gym and they gave his email address ONLY!! Their headoffice person was Shannon Reid who kept telling me it’s not their problem and I have to Email the person I don’t even know. I emailed a COO and an assistant CEO of SNAP FITNESS, I got their emails from Linkedin and they didn’t even care to email be back anything. SNAP FITNESS DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU OR ABOUT HOW YOU FEEL! We work hard to make $500! That’s quarter my salary! I signed up for 6 month to save money, for a reason. Snap Fitness ripped me off and throw me down there to deal with a bankrupt mysterious person that I don’t know and did not offer any help and did not care and did not give me my money back!! Shame!!
