Dennis from customer support was not helpful at all. Despite explaining my issue five times, he still didn’t understand what I was saying. It’s obvious they value money more than a single customer. I will never try this service again.

So far only good experiences
So far I had only great experiences with SnappCar. The platform is incredibly easy to use. Finding a car and booking it takes just a few clicks. Prices are reasonable, so I can rent a vehicle without breaking my budget.
