I have used the Chiswick store on a number of occasions over the last year and have been super impressed. Someone is always on hand to help and staff members are knowledgeable and friendly, as well as patient and supportive when required. Special thanks to Anthony and Mike for most recently going the extra mile.

They have put the price of a uk passport picture up to 16 pounds this is extortionate they used to be 5 pounds. Boycott these greedy people. They say the price hike is for quality and service? All the staff are d.e.i hires who have no interest in helping and its a digital photo? As a nation we must stop allowing these corporations to take advantage of us it was 12 pounds a year ago and 6 pounds before that.

I got in touch with Snappy Snaps to help with an affirmations card I wanted to create for my birthday. I spoke with Sue at the Wandsworth branch, and she was incredibly helpful—she provided all the details I needed and went ahead with the printing. I picked it up today, and I was so happy with the quality.
This is what brilliant customer service looks like. Thank you so much, Sue—you are truly a star!

I've used other Snappy Snaps shops in London and I cannot fault the results of my colour film developing and scanning from the Victoria branch. But, they are considerably more expensive than other central London branches, I had to wait longer than usual for my scans and the customer service was a bit 'off'. I will revert to the Covent Garden branch in future.

I’ve used Snappy Snaps several times now, and they never disappoint. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and really knowledgeable, whether I’m printing photos, getting passport pictures taken, or ordering a custom gift. The quality of the prints is outstanding, and the turnaround time is quick even for more personalised items.
i had some questionable concerns about the young curly hired lady she had a loud amount of attitude and sass it put me off a little i wont lie but still a decent place.

Having used Snappy Snaps for numerous years i feel that i should share my experience. A gentleman called Maged served me as he has many times before, his advice on passport photographs was much appreciated and saved me time. Previously i have used their services for commercial printing and photography for my business. Keep up the good work Maged and the Team

The two gentlemen who work at Snappy Snaps in Petersfield—Martin and Shane, I believe; apologies if I’ve got that wrong—are exceptionally kind and helpful. I’ve visited Snappy Snaps for several different projects recently, and each time, they’ve gone above and beyond to assist me. They take the time to understand your needs and ensure the final result is perfect. I’m absolutely delighted that they’ve opened a branch in Petersfield town. Highly recommended!

I had an issue with the quality of prints for Aussie passport images - Rob and Laraine at the Kingsway branch went above and beyond to help locate the original digi files and were able to print them for me again. Great customer service. 5 stars.

Photo restoration at Walthamstow branch
I had a much cherished photo of my father that had been bleached slightly by the sun and took it to the W'stow branch to be restored and get another few copies. £35. It took them one week and the 'restored' photos were of the same standard I could achieve using my mobile phone and a standard office printer. Very disappointing.

I just went in to a branch of Snappy Snaps to have passport photographs taken of my two children. The pictures were taken in less than five seconds and printed on the same machine I’ve used for simple prints from my phone. I even had to type in my email address myself.
Somehow Snappy Snaps think it’s reasonable to charge £50 for two passport photos. I checked with the man at the till and he confirmed there was no mistake. I was so stunned I paid for them but it feels like daylight robbery.
I wonder if the Crouch End franchise is giving the whole organisation a bad reputation or if this is what Snappy Snaps charges everywhere?

Snappy Snaps in Hammersmith were super. They printed my phone photos on the spot and then I decided on two images which they sent off to be made into coasters for my husband's desk. Great service and reasonable prices.

Absolutely rip of with charges, needed quick prints for a present, small sizes so charged crazy prices. Went into tescos the next day and got 7 more, same sizes for a fraction of the price. Would not use them again.

I recently enjoyed working with Savah and Alex at Snappy Snaps Camden, and I couldn't be more impressed with their exceptional service. I brought in a non-standard certificate that needed both building and framing, and they went above and beyond to ensure that everything was handled perfectly.
From the start, Savah and Alex were incredibly attentive and communicative. They kept me informed throughout the process, ensuring I was comfortable with each step. Their meticulous attention to detail showed their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
The finished product was absolutely stunning and completed within a reasonable timeframe, just as promised. It's rare to find such dedication and professionalism these days, and I am genuinely grateful for the outstanding service they provided.
I highly recommend Savah and Alex at Snappy Snaps Camden to anyone in need of framing services. Their expertise and customer-focused approach make them stand out as true professionals. Thank you, Savah and Alex, for making my certificate look better than I imagined!

I visited Snappy Snaps in Duke Street Brighton to have a damaged photo reprinted and framed. I was excellently helped by Rowan. He was super helpful, pleasant and I left the shop happy with my new framed photo. Thank you Rowan.

I've used Snappy Snaps (Uxbridge branch) several times now asking them to digitize some old negatives, I've also got them to produce a cushion with a photo on it. On every occasion I've found the staff knowledgeable when seeking advice and very helpful, they have set a good example of how customer service should operate.

I want to thank Snappy Snaps in Southend on Sea for a quick, polite service. I was given good advice. I emailed asking about their on line service with specific requirements. I had a reply in an hour with honest a clear advice. I will happily recommend to others .

They should keep their word.
They promised they would email the pics, as I had to send them for a new job, starting next week.
They were too busy closing the shop.

Although Snappy Snaps provides essential services professionally, some of the employees, such as Paige in the High Barnet branch, are not entirely professional- discriminate against and are not respectful of the privacy and rights of customers with invisible disabilites.
