I ordered 6 weeks ago!

I ordered 6 weeks ago. Money came out of my bank and I’ve not even received a a confirmation of delivery, have had 10+ emails with customer service constantly reassuring it will be next week and nothing comes, no refund. No advances, I’m really unhappy as I’ve been a long time snickers customer.

Hi Jack,

I've just looked into your order. We shipped the item on the same day you ordered, on a next day service.

It appears that on your order you didn't put a house number/name in order for the courier to locate it and therefore the courier was unable to locate you.

They have emailed you to try and get clarification on the delivery address (as have we) but never got a reply.

Unfortunately when we don't have the full address it can cause problems as it did in this case. Had the correct and full address been given the courier would have delivered it next day.

Really quick deliver, excellent product, rather overpriced, I do feel £91 is excessive for trousers for work but they are very comfortable
