Very disappointed with @Snitch.
My order came extremely late and the product I received was defective. I requested a return/refund but there has been ZERO proper response.
This level of service is unacceptable.

Do not buy from this company! They sent me the wrong product and refused a return!!! It is a scam!

I ordered a product and returned it they did not pick up for one month
No customer support only AI bot which is pathetic
Then delivery agent comes after 6 weeks says sorry wrong product entered will come again and next day they cancel pickup saying qc check failed

i have never experienced this with a company before. They have treated me as if I dont matter. I initiated a return because the item I received did not match what was shown on the site, but they have note picked it up in over a month. To make matters worse, they abruptly closed my chat in the middle of our conversation today. If you have any other options, please consider them, as their professionalism has been very disappointing.

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my return request that has not been picked up yet. I had initiated a return for my recent order as the item was small in size, and I had properly tagged it for return. However, even after 3–4 days, no delivery partner has come for the pickup.

Your product quality and service are usually very good, but the delay from your delivery partner is disappointing. I request you to please arrange the pickup of my return item as soon as possible and confirm the status.

I had placed an order for 3 shirts, but during checkout, the app displayed a payment failed message, even though the amount was deducted from my bank account. Believing the order hadn’t gone through, I placed it again — only to find later that both orders were successfully processed.

When I tried to cancel one of the duplicate orders, the app didn’t allow me to. I had no choice but to return the extra order (which was unopened and unused). However, I was still charged ₹225 (₹50 per order + additional handling) as a return fee.

I am never ordering from Snitch again, This is a malpractice

I placed an order (#5584840) for two shirts worth ₹2,000 on [Date]. The expected delivery was 5th October, but today is the 8th and I have still not received it.

I spoke to an agent named Deepika who assured delivery today, but when I asked how to escalate the issue, she left the chat. Another agent told me deliveries happen till 10 PM — which sounds unreasonable and suspicious.

This experience has been extremely disappointing. I request either immediate delivery or a full refund, or I will be forced to escalate this through public forums and consumer complaint channels.

They are expert in cheating. Customer service is worst.

Worst worst worst customer service!!!! Last month ordered 6 items of 6154 Rs with order ID "5382850" but i cancelled all due to my dislike of clothes fabrics. the refund for 2 item was given and when it came to the other items the customer service denied that they have received any return via their Delivery partner. When raising complain they always reply with the same AI based replies. don't shop here at all.

Snitch customer care are cheaters, Last May 2025 I have recently ordered a 3 shirts and 1 jacket, But after receiving the order I got only 1 jacket and 1 shirt correctly but instead of remaining 2 shirts I got another shirt which was not ordered from me. The actual 2 shirts were missing which costed around 2600. When I complained they simply told me it's my mistake of not taking an Unboxing video and spoke very rudely. I explained them I have just ordered one more order few days back and that was delivered properly so for that trust I ordered again. When I asked them to share me the picture of video during the delivery or packaging they refused to give me.. Inspite of follow up didn't got any proper response from any of there customer care when tried to go to there shop near EA they told clearly this was a online purchase so we are not responsible for this you only need to follow up thru online customer care. Sharing this just for others to stay away from. Snitch brand online, it's like if you are lucky you will get your order right if not they will cheat you. Any others faced an issue like this.

I wanted unsubscribe the promotional message of email and messages but when I am trying to login in the website i couldn't get the OTP's and I tired reaching there calling number which is re-directing me to the website again where I am facing issue. Really this is frustrating.

Pickup reps came 4 times but couldn’t scan barcodes.

App is useless, response times are ridiculous, and Insta DMs get copy-paste replies.

Refunds Take Ages ⏳
Got mine after 2 weeks of chasing them nonstop.

Exchanges Are a Joke 🎭
Replacement product arrived dirty and looked used.

After 2 painful months, I gave up. Worst part? Because I commented on their Insta posts to get my issues resolved, Snitch reported me, and now I’m blocked from commenting anywhere on Instagram.

💡 Verdict: Snitch = No Customer Support + Broken Returns + Zero Accountability.

Absolutely dogshit customer service. Staff picked up two products of the same order but said someone else will come for the other two products. Kept getting a message of pick-up failed even when no one was showing up for the pick-up. Never able to connect to an agent either, tried 100s of times. Shit product quality and shit customer service. This exact attitude is why people hate shopping online and from such cheap brands

There is one useless company, they post ads on Instagram with offers, and after ordering they pack the wrong product and send it, and after that they close all the options to contact them.

Never order online. It’s a big pain if the product does not fit you. Exchange and pick up is almost impossible. Unable to reach them even on their wats app chat. On the app it shows pick up failed even though there has been no attempt made to pick up. It’s a pain I would not recommend to order their jeans etc online. Stay away.

Worst delivery service for online orders, you don't even get any response and customer service is pathetic. Just wanted to share my experience on recent order from Snitch. Every day around 8 PM, I receive a call from their Blitz delivery partner saying the product will be delivered within 10 minutes, but after that, I get no further updates. When I try to contact the delivery person using the number provided, they inform me that the delivery will be delayed or may not happen at all. Everyday same update, and unable to contact Snitch customer service and their Blitz delivery partner.. worst service from Blitz and Snitch. Never order online from Snitch website.

I’ve tried contacting them multiple times regarding a refund but received no proper response. I even reached out via WhatsApp support, and the representative was completely unhelpful — she responded after long delays (around 10 minutes each time), and even after explaining everything clearly, I got no real assistance.

This is not what I expected from a known brand.
Would not recommend — please don’t waste your money her
