Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service

Review: I placed a return request three weeks ago, and no one has come to pick it up. Despite reaching out to SNITCH customer support multiple times, there has been no response or resolution. This has been a frustrating experience. I do not recommend buying clothes from this platform — the service is unreliable and unprofessional.

Every time I text Coustomer service I talked to them they say same thing and after couple of days they started to avoid.

I email texted every day no resolution

very poor quality cloth i ordered online and it tear after 2nd wash.

Snitch is a scam. Never buy clothes online from Snitch. They unlock a free gift when you make a purchase from their website. This free gift allows you to select any one item—jeans, shirt, or T-shirt—up to ₹2000. To get the free gift, you must buy another item at full price. I purchased additional cargo pants to receive the free gift. However, after payment, the free gift shirt disappeared from my order history and was never delivered. I filed multiple complaints with customer support, but they offered no resolution. Their customer support is terrible. Product quality is bad. I will never purchase anything from Snitch again.

I returned a jeans worth 1799rs ordered through their app, and they are saying they have not received it. No update so far. They only keep saying they are looking into it. no refund. They are only good in deliverinf the product. Its a scam. Do not fall for it

I have bought expensive beg, its been only 6 months and the lock has been broken.
I hae visit store to fix this, they said we removed begs and we can not repair this.

They scam people, they do not deliver all the items and show delivered in the app. Their customer support is the worst I have seen. They just snatched my money, never ever trust them.

So frustrating app ever . There are literally no way to contact n about the refund they are actually fraud. Guys don't fall fpr the products
