Richard has been really helpful for our two families - skiing together but booking separately. Very responsive with all our questions and changes, and good advice to help first time skiers.
Can’t wait for the holiday, but can’t fault Richard and Sno so far for the booking process.

Richard was super helpful in arranging our ski trip to Val D'Isere. Our usual hotel was in bits whilst it was undergoing a re-build so Richard looked around and found us a couple of alternatives.
However I had found another one I liked the look of that was not on Sno's usual list and he contacted them and was able to arrange our stay there - absolutely great and very much appreciated!
We have booked with Sno several times in the past and are always treated to the best service.

We have used Sno on a couple of times to book holidays. On each occasion they have patiently provided us with options and dealt with all the inevitable changes that happen when you are booking a holiday. Our most recent experience has been with Greg, who has been excellent at suggesting choices and helped me find the right resort and hotel for our group.
