Snow blower didnt run out of box

Snow blower didnt run out of box. Only option was return at time. Snow on the ground. So decide to look at safety switch. Found spring was not assembled properly. Fixed mount and reassembled switch and now runs. Didnt return to Amazon and not able to cancel return. Will try to cancel again next week.

Great Products

Great Products. Got an electric shovel and it was a lifesaver with this last winter storm. Needed assistance assembling and their help line was great! I will definitely shop with them again.

Good but disappointed

Shipping time was a little long but as expected.
The assembly instructions were missing a key step. I called the customer help line and they were extremely helpful and I mentioned the missing step should be included in the instructions and she said there were may complaints and it will probably be added.
The performance of the blower is good but Ali am disappointed that there is no way to change the direction of the snow being blown.

Still haven’t been called back

Still haven’t been called back. I’ve called three times and every single time the person on the other end (most recently a manager) said they’d look into it and contact me. I’ve heard nothing. It’s been over 6 weeks since my first call. I’ve been exchanging emails much longer.

My emails aren’t being returned either.

We were told 16-17 weeks ago we’d have a refund check in 6 weeks. Haven't seen anything yet.

Your company is a disgrace to the term customer service. Will never buy from again which is too bad since our lawnmower, edger, power washer and faulty snowblower were all from your company. Never again.

EDIT/REPLY: I highly doubt I hear from you guys. I have been calling all day and keep getting hung up on and this is the same promise I’ve been hearing the whole time. Plus, how are you going to contact me? I didn’t provide any contact info in this post. You guys are just liars. Stay away from Snow Joe/Sun Joe/TruVolt. It’s substandard products with poor customer service. They just constantly lie to you.

No snow Joe available

You no longer carry the snow Joe that I currently have and wanted to buy another.
It was 21", 40 volt single battery, auto snow shute adjustment, hard rubber auger blade and worked great at a great price.
I wish I could just get the same snow Joe or better at a reasonable price!

Not happy! Received unassembled

Received unassembled, wrong screws to fit snowblower. Customer service, needs people that speak clear English! First person was rude, not helpful, said I took snowblower apart! Asked for someone who spoker clearer, he hung up! Second person I spoke with was nice. She tried to help, gave me size of screw needed, wrong again. Size of screw that came with item was small, size she gave me was at least three sizes larger! Had to find something myself to make it work! Used it once and it stopped!!!!! Not happy but U'm 79 and I need a snowblower!

I tried both Snow Joe‘s that I paid for…

I tried both Snow Joe‘s that I paid for and were delivered and they will not start. Charge the batteries still didn’t start. Tried to call to get tech-support was on hold for at least 15 minutes and then the phone was hung up. I am very disappointed and it only solution to me is either take them back and replace them with working Snow Joe‘s or refund the money that I paid for. That would be the only way to make me satisfy with the service.

An Enterprise With NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

In processing my purchase, the Shop app dropped my FL address into the purchase info. Interestingly, I was not purchasing my order thru Shop but had used it some years back. Nevertheless trying to remedy this incorrect shipping address has turned out to be impossible. Tried twice using their email customer support and three times on the phone (they dump your call after holding for a while). Regardless how good the quality of their products is, I would not recommend purchasing from their website. Providing adequate customer service is requisite for operating a legitimate business.

Crappy product (snowjoe snow blower)

Crappy product (snowjoe snow blower). Flimsy, used 3 times and just died. Customer service was not helpful as it fell outside the warranty. Never again. Would advise customers to spend a little more money and get quality products instead of Snow Joe.

Snowjoe electric snowblower died after 4th use

I only used my cordless electric snowblower several times and it just stopped working. I called snowjoe and (after a long hold) they gave me troubleshooting instructions, but they didn't help. They said my warranty was up (we had no significant snow for 2 years) and there was nothing they could do.

Great product

I am writing this review in hopes it will help someone else. I purchased my Snow Joe about 3-4 years ago. I'm not sure about people saying it's just good for small driveways. I have a pretty good size driveway and live on a corner lot so I have to do the long sidewalk as well. I did the whole job in about 20 minutes, this product has saved me so much time and labor. By the way I have a cordless Snow Joe with a battery and a full charged battery is plenty for what I need. Again I have a standard size driveway, pretty large and a corner lot. It's very easy to use and much better than a gas engine. It has a light for night use and a lever you turn to shoot the snow in the direction you choose and a lever to push in like your lawn mower, push a button on the side and you are on your way.
