Snow Joe makes a very good show shovel, the Shovelution. However, with two purchases I've had exactly the same problem, the blade cracked at the base of the handle. Same place, twice. I am not shoveling heavy snow or practicing for an Olympic sport. If the breaks aren't bad enough, customer service has not been good. If one can get to an actual rep, the process is slow and consumes far too much time to get a resolution. Look for better alternatives.

Checkout indicated product available. Charged credit card. Received confirmation and indication that product was being shipped including expected delivery date. Said it would be delivered in 4 days. Confirmed credit card was charged. Did not receive on delivery date or days following nor any communication from Sno Joe.When we called they told us they were out of stock. If I haven’t called I could still be waiting for it to be shipped. We were faced with a serious snow storm. We should have been told it was out of stock when we ordered it. Safe to say I will not be buying any more products from your company.

Breaking News: I just received a reply from Snow Joe. I'm sure it can be seen below. It's just 'boiler plate' language that appears in nearly every critical review of a negative nature. I don't find it helpful at all.

I need a replacement scraper blade for my snow blower. Scraper blade has Ben on back order for last 2 months. It is unfortunate that I have nice snow blower but, but I cannot use it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Absolutely horrid customer service. I emailed their customer service and according to their own policy, most emails will be replied to within 24 hours. Complete lie! I emailed 4 days ago and have not received a simple reply back! They charged me for my order and NEVER shipped it. It looks like the items are out of stock and instead of letting me know and refunding my order, they simply have let it sit there marked as shipped (even though Fedex and the tracking number state they havent received the package). The order is for time sensitive items..I don't need the snow melt AFTER the snow melts!! I needed it by the latest expected delivery date that I was given by this company (which was supposed to be Monday). It is now Wednesday and the order hasn't even been shipped. Thankfully, American Express sided with me quickly and refunded me my order, but shame on this company for 1. not replying to their emails 2. charging a customer and not refunding when they failed to ship out the order

Had to go through a warranty return. It took 2 months to get all the instructions to return. Each time their response was longer than what they would allow before closing g a ticket. Then only given their company gift card, because they did not have an equivalent replacement. We bought it at t Lowe’s but did not get a Lowe’s or visa gift card and have to now ask Lowe’s to refund a warranty an extended warranty since we did not reach the time period and now do not have the same equipment. We had to pay about $100 more just
To get the equivalent tool and the batteries etc. this whole process took from November to the end of January and had to hand shovel during a really bad snow storm because we had not received our replacement. So the customer service for this company is terrible. The product worked fine when it was used and not broken.

I did not use it, because was delivered after the show storm, all the snow was allready removed and we dint have any snow after that.
The unit its ok but too small for my property.
I world like to retorned at your Lodi store, and possibile get somenthing little larger 21/23 inches..
