I received my item (a peacock window hanging) a few months ago, sadly it was broken. I sent photos and other requested information to my support person. A few weeks later I received a replacement peacock. Sadly it too was broken it the same area as the first one I had received.
This time they offer a coupon for $17.?? Or a different item. I chose the coupon. I will look for a different product that hopefully can withstand the long distance shipping

I ordered 4 clocks on Sept 5th, they were shipped on Sept 6th and I received them on the 13th. Great shipping time. I am almost done putting the beads on the clocks, on my last one. Only thing is I would have liked some kind of instruction on how to attach the battery pack and hands of the clock. The clocks are beautiful when done. I'm using them for Christmas gifts. I will order again from this company. Great Service!!

I placed an order with this company after seeing their advert on facebook and I'm so glad I did. My order arrived quicker than I expected as I live in the UK. The quality of the products is excellent and their prices are fantastic!

I did have one small problem which was one of the kits had the wrong label on it which meant I was sent the wrong kit, but that was a supplier fault not this company's. Saying that, my email regarding this was answered within a day and subsequent emails the same, and, they are arranging for the right kit to be sent out to me. You rarely see such excellent customer service as this these days. Because of this I've already placed another large order with them.

Anyone who enjoys Diamond Painting, Cross Stitch or Painting by Number kits, PLEASE visit the Soanydeals website. You WON'T be disappointed. I highly recommend them and will be buying from them for many years to come!!

I have actually placed several orders over the last 6 months and each containing about 10+ items and I have had no problems with quality, tracking etc. They are very organised from the moment you place your order they keep you informed and provide reliable tracking information. I'm in the UK and orders take a few weeks to arrive as usual. Each order I've received has come with each item individually wrapped either in the bubble envelope packaging or some of the acrylic decoration type DP's come in boxes but all in clean, tidy packaging. I will continue to order from them and hope they keep up their good work and don't let me down after I've just praised them.

My order had a wrong number in the address and the person that helped was very kind. My emails were answered quickly with advice trying to resolve the issue. My order is lost and they are sending me a replacement. Thank you for being so kind. Ann

I ordered 4 kits from this company. I got the package but it was damaged and one of the kits was missing. I contacted the company about it and from there it has been nothing but a run around. First I had to contact the post office but they can't do anything because it was shipped without insurance. The kit was $15.00 but they are only offering a $7.00 voucher and unless I am willing to buy something else I will have to cover the shipping costs for the missing item. They have my money and now will not do what is right.
