I order 5 pictures and unfortunately one picture was short of drills. Contacted the company and they have sent a new kit out to replace the one I have. They were quick and efficient to respond. They also explained what had happened with my order. I will order from them again. Their pictures are beautiful.

I had an issue where i thought that the art work had the wrong beads I was in constant contact with support and they went out and beyond to solve my issue. Turns out that the packages of beads were not labeled correctly. My art work turned out beautifully. I am very satisfied.

I had a damaged canvas and contacted support. Quick reply and sorted out the issue with sending many pictures of damaged canvas . They are replacing it but it may take a while to get it . My support person was great!

This is the first time I have ordered from this company. Had issues with not receiving notifications and tracking issues. I contacted customer service and within 24 hrs I received an answer, tracking issues resolved and notifications sent. Now I'm just eagerly awaiting my order to arrive.

I bought 4 different diamond paintings and one of them was missing one of the colors. I emailed Customer Service and got a reply back pretty fast, they were extremely helpful and nice. I even replied a while after they first responded because I didn't get the notification and they were still so nice and quick to help.

I bought two wreath diamond paintings and they were both missing some of the packages of beads. Your customer service person worked with me very well. They are sending the beads. They answered each time I sent a message. I am very satisfied. Thank you

Actually I ordered from this company by mistake but the next time will NOT be a mistake. I haven't received my order yet (it's still too early) but I have dealt with customer support a few times, asking questions.
