They told me that they know nothing and i should contact the seller to solve the issue.

Second try worked! (was "Order never delivered")
Old message: "I ordered “la petite robe noire” by guerlain for my daughter before Xmas. Sobelia can't help me because I failed to keep the order number."
Update: Turns out that Sobelia was able to help me with just my name and address (that's not clear on the website). They determined that USPS had returned the package for some unknown reason and the very helpful Tatiana (thank you!) at Sobelia arranged another attempt that was successful! We're happy now.

I was apprehensive about ordering as it was from America and I am UK based. I was worried incase I incurred custom charges and taxes and how long delivery would take as I needed for Christmas.
I decided to take a chance and to my delight I’m glad I did. The perfume “Perfume de Marley” arrived within the 10-12 day period specified on the website. No taxes either. Thank you thank you xx defo recommend xx
