Definitely the WORST Fragrance suppliers on the NET!! 1 Star Rating well deserved.

This was a simple purchase that has turned completely sour. I placed an order for Ylang In Gold by M. Micallef but received Royal Muska by M. Micallef instead. Well, first off,,,,,,they don't have an American phone number so you can not contact them via Phone. The only way to communicate with Sobelia is through email messaging. This really works perfect for them since all they have to do is return a message with very few words saying ( THE CORRECT ORDER WAS SENT,,,,,,KIND REGARDS,,,,,SOBELIA ). I then replied with I need a refund or an exchange. Their answer was ( NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS,,,,,,YOU HAVE THE CORRECT ITEM,,,,,,,KIND REGARDS,,,,SOBELIA ). Apparently they place your order and THEN they have a USA fragrance distributor take the order and ship it to you. Please note, they have a SATISFACTION GUARANTEE and its truly false advertising. They also state they are based in the United States but have absolutely no contact information for the US. Only way of contact is through a foreign phone and messages via email. My purchase was $552 for a large bottle, a true waste of money and time. Hope this helps in making the right choice on what fragrance store to deal with. This has been a disappointing experience!!!

Ordering on march 12 and still nothing !!! Part 2 !

And again I had a bad experience with this company ! I posted my first review 5 days ago. Sonelia was very quick in reacting on my posting. They sent me a message that they would like to have my name and the ordernr.
Offcourse I gave them the details. Now.......again a few days later I still haven't heard anything. No message and haven't seen money back in my account. HOW DIFFICULT CAN THIS BE !!!! GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY !
It a shame that Trustpilot doesn't give the option to give no stars !! I would have certainly done that !

Changed Review of Fragora

I paid $59.56 for perfume from them.
I waited some time for tracking number, I finally emailed them asking about it. Their response, sorry about that, it takes longer to ship to Europe from the US!
My response, WHAT???

The worst customer service

My friend bought a perfume. After a month waiting for it, herget a message the the shipment is returning to the main warehouse. I call them, they don't even speak spanish (where theye are located and my main language). But we get to accept they will send again the same order.

After two complete days, they haven't even read my mail with the adress and instructions. And I have no news from them.

Worst customer service ever.

I was a bit unsure at first, especially as the perfume was a Xmas present; but it came in time for Christmas, it was well packaged and delivered in the morning, so I could carry on without staying in all day.

i ordered a perfume and still has not arrived i kept asking them where it is they kept saying cant find information then they said item has been lost or stolen while in air travel then said item will be delivered in 3 days then nothing has came still and i try email them and they said will refund 20% of order that still hasnt been done i ordered perfume for my girlfriend in time for christmas and they cant even tell me when it will be here very bad customer service they dont even use manners got a good reason to sue the company

As you know, we contacted the carrier for several times. The link was valid but Royalmail had issue in between this peak season. The volume was exceed what they can handle and that’s why so many of parcel was stuck. We apologize for this problem, totally exeptional and beyond our control.
We try to satisfy all our customers, that's why we proposed to you 20% discount in the case of late delivery.
But when we realised that the carrier information wasn't sure, rather than ask you to wait any longer, we refunded the total cost of your order.

DON'T USE!!
I ordered a perfume on the 16th October, waited 2 weeks for my perfume to arrive only to have been sent to wrong one! (completely wrong)
Emailed the seller twice (once via PayPal and via his yahoo email account) and got no responce.
Had to escalate to PayPal (as it's now the 23rd on November and have not heard a thing!) with a dispute only to be told to return the item to America - Tracked!! at MY cost if I want a refund!! *shocked*
If you can't get the orders right and can't be bothered to in contact with your customers - then DON'T BE A SELLER!! simple!
No apologies, not being told my correct order will be sent out, no self return envelope sent...what kinda CRAPPY customer service is this??! totally out of pocket and waited sooooo long with nothing to show for it! arghhh!!
