Apart from ordering the wrong socks initially, I was pleased when the new ones arrived, however they are not really what I’m looking for, there’s always a tight part which I loath, I’m yet to find a sock that isn’t tight somewhere, my legs and ankles are average sized, and sadly trying to find all cotton is nearly impossible, you do have many choices, lovely colours, just not what I’m trying to find, I will order again as it’s a company that I trust, I just wish…

Bought the sleep wear lazy panda
Bought the sleep wear lazy panda, split on first night, despite sending pictures they made me return them and over 2 weeks later the replacement came and they also had a split in them, no apologies from them either.
Won’t buy from them again.

The Bamboo socks and boxers
The Bamboo socks are a real hit with my husband as are the boxer shorrs, both are well made and so comfortable, especially the comfort top socks whuch do not sock marks on the legs. There is also a great variety of colours to choose from. Hughly recommend both items.

Holes after one use
Same as others have said, i wore a pair of the ankle socks once for less than 3 hours and they already have a hole in them...not great :(

This is the Sockshop at Arndale Center Manchester. It is a wonderful little very well-stocked shop. There are lots of magnificent socks suitable for any occasion. The owner is very kind and helpful. I enjoy every visit.

Socks started getting holes in at the heel after one use. Awful quality products and bad customer service.
Edit: only after multiple emails and submitting this review did you issue a £4.50 refund on a £4.99 purchase.

Terrible product
Terrible product. Socks that develop holes and worn patches after half a dozen wears. Bought over 25 pairs for Christmas 2025 they are worn in rotation and five pairs already worn through with bald patches and holes. Customer service polite enough but do not resolve problems just brush you off with excuses. I’d not recommend these cheap thin socks.

Shocking customer service from start to finish. Zoe needs to have a change of career. Just responding to emails parrot fashion, ignoring all the issues is not good customer service by any measure. When asked to be referred to someone else, response was she was the customer service manager!!! God help you all.!! Socks i purchased bobbled excessively, really disappointing quality.

Lack of basics
Edited for clarity following the below response. I'm disappointed that I can't find what I want on the Sockshop website, which is reasonably priced, plain black, cotton-rich, logo-free, women’s short socks. I would like them to be available in single packs as I don't like the waste involved in buying multipacks that turn out not to be suitable.
