No communication from when I placed my order,then I had to contact you to see where my order was.When it was finally dispatched it was then sent to the completely wrong address and it was only the kindness of the other customer that I finally managed to locate my purchase.

Great product; excellent service
I bought quite a few blinds from these guys years ago, and it all worked really smoothly: very happy with the products. They even supplied extra-long blinds.
One of the blinds has now sprung a problem five years on, and, once I got through to the right person, they went over and above to help me source a legacy part and repair the mechanism. Outstanding service!
