Very poor delivery service
Asked for the product to be delivered by DHL they delivered by the Post Office. To deliver by DHL cost more so feeling ripped off there. They gave me no tracking ID so could not track the delivery using the Post Office app Found out two days later after contacted them it had been delivered but was with a neighbour. Will not use them again. Thankfully the product was £25 or so. Would not use again and certainly wouldn't trust with an expensive item.
Quick delivery, well packaged goods.
Delivery was very quick, despite placing an order quite late. Item was In new condition and very well packaged. Can’t complain!
I was sent the wrong panel
I was sent the wrong panel. I ordered a part for a Dell and received one for a HP. Despite sending pics of the incorrect panel I have had no further feedback from the company, absolutely appalling customer service!
Excellent transaction thanks.
Fast reliable service with continual notification of order progression.
Item as described, which was well packed.
Excellent transaction thanks.
Quick Shipping
Pretty quick dispatch and shipping. Can't complain and reasonably priced as well as working as advertised.
Avoid - No response with faulty item.
Avoid! I used this company as they offered very reasonable priced replacement batteries.
However, on arrival the battery didn’t work. They ignore all email communication, via email and their website contact option.
I returned the item, they still failed to respond to anything. Escalated through PayPal for a refund. Their business model appears to be one that ships items to you, but then any issues or problems they’re not interested. Avoid, and as always if it’s too good to be true price wise, it probably is!
Avoid them if you want something specific
Ordered a NE160WUM-N63 laptop monitor for my laptop. I received a different part number laptop monitor. Unfortunately, the one I received doesn't fit my laptop.
Called customer support. The guy said it's a standard procedure to send similar part number monitor laptops. Which is strange, because when I ordered through their website, it didn't say Ne160wum-n63 or similar. It just said Ne160wum-n63, so I'm actually expecting to receive what I chose to buy. Too much to ask?
They refund me the money without the next day delivery shipping costs.
So basically, I didn't receive the monitor I paid for and paid the shipping costs and had to wait so that I order again?

Not honouring refunds after sending incompatible parts
I ordered a new display for my Dell Latitude 5480 after contacting their customer support by email to ask if it would fit my laptop. They confirmed that it would fit.
Upon receiving the part, it did not fit as the connector was a different length due to it not supporting touch screen like the original. I initially asked for a return postage label but they ignored this request in their response (presumably because they don't intend to honour their legal obligation to do this).
I then found that I could make this screen fit by ordering a different display cable for my laptop. This would actually result in me downgrading my laptop as I would be removing the touchscreen cable to fit a non-touchscreen cable to make their part fit, but I didn't mind as I didn't use the touch screen. I sourced this part elsewhere which costed £7.60 and they agreed to pay this amount to me, despite claiming that it wasn't their fault (which makes no sense as they told me the screen would fit!).
They then stopped replying to my emails. After several emails, they told me that I need to remove my negative review, despite never having even left one! (until now). They've clearly confused me with another customer who has left them a negative review for an incompatible screen.
I've tried to explain this to them but they are not responding to my emails.
I recommend avoiding this company as they are untrustworthy and send out incompatible parts.

Poor after sales support
Things sometimes go wrong but when they do you expect a form of after sales support. This did not happen. Despite the website stating the screen was original or 100% compatible to the model of laptop I had, it did not fit. Upon contacting them I had a prompted response, being told I should have asked if the screen part number was compatible. `Next, I had to return at my own expense. Then, despite repeatedly reaching out over 7 days to get a refund once the signed for delivery was confirmed and tracking number provided, I was ignored. I had to get PayPal involved, who ruled in my favour after again no response after another week. Poor show from this company.
Great service
I had not used this company before but was directed to it when I needed a replacement Dell charger. Not only was it very competitively priced but it arrived the next day. Great service and would recommend to others looking for the same! Thanks!
Very quick delivery
Poor description
Poor description, fast response to questions, until a request to return the item as not as described or suitable
Great service
Great service, great product. Better than HP themselves in looking after clients.
