Wrong part delivered,I sent several emails asking for help, only one was answered.
I had to resort to asking Paypal to get my refund which took around 8 weeks and it cost me £5+ to return the part.

Ordering was an easy process, however, unfortunately that's the only positive thing I can say about my dealings with Softhands. I did not receive the item that I ordered and when I asked about it and sent photographs of the problem, I was told that it did not matter and that the item would work fine. I know that laptop chargers can overheat if they are not correctly connected so I was unhappy with this advice. I requested the correct item be sent but my emails were ignored for weeks, despite many follow up emails, and until I threatened action by the ombudsman. Eventually I requested a refund and again this request was ignored for a long time. Once more the company was threatened with the Ombudsman and I was eventually given a full refund. Poor excuses were made for their tardiness. I won't be dealing with this company again.

I ordered a replacement charger for my laptop and I was really pleased with the product itself and the high quality service from the company.
I ordered a genuine Asus product, which has proven to be really high quality. The website and buying process was easy and quick and I received my order really quickly as well.

Helpful and technically competent, will use them again.

Description of the product stated it would be a genuine Apple product in a new condition, what was delivered was used counterfeit products. Customer services are unresponsive to emails so have reported to trading standards and requested a chargeback from the bank as they won't respond to refund/return requests. Be wary of using them.

Before ordering from the company, I read from some reviews that the parts that some customers had received had not been genuine / original parts. But since the company advertised that they sell only genuine parts, I decided to trust them. The Apple parts I got were not made by Apple, the quality was not the same and the items were lacking the safety / other markings that electric products should have. The customer support was also bad. I requested tracking code twice - I was promised one the both times - but no one sent it to me.

Key board works well although the caps lock and number lock lights are not included
