I ordered the correct panel but the wrong assembly for my laptop. It was very quickly dispatched and arrived intact but wouldn’t do the job. A quick call and it was agreed to be refunded. Only a minor (<10%) restock fee to cover their shipping. Excellent service

Redundant input.

I read the information on the website for orders before 15,00 hrs , same day dispatch and the option of Royal mail 24 so placed my order for a replacement laptop keyboard on the 24th May at 10.15 hrs PayPal confirmed payment a few minutes later.
Later I had an email saying order cancelled and re shipped using Royal mail.
It seems that Evri refused to accept the parcel for delivery to my current location in Mid Wales.
I'm not altogether surprised as there are so many reports on the local social media site, of parcels going to the wrong addresses.
Perhaps Evri should consider Welsh speaking delivery drivers for anything not in a big town with recognizable street names !
The item arrived on the 31st may,7 days after payment.
I actually don't mind the delay. as Ive yet to pull the old keyboard off the laptop.
Update:- They sent the wrong keyboard and it was not a good experience eventually returning it at my own expense after sending them photos of them side by side.
A shame as it started off so well.

Due to the nature of this laptop model, the screen can be found in two options. I have contacted the seller, given them the part number of the screen and they could confirm that the screen is compatible. Fast, reliable and helpful. Thumbs up for the professionalism and good service.

I ordered one laptop charger for my partner which came and was perfect, so would have given them 5 stars, so I ordered another two one for me and my son but when they arrived they were longer so stuck out about 2mm so I tried to get in touch with them by email by the 4th email they got back to me asked a few questions then I didn't hear any more from them. I sent another email (5th) sent photo's showing the different sizes and was told they hadn't got any more in stock and that the ones sent would not damage our laptops and that no one else had reported any thing. Will not be buying from them again.

The item is advertised as a H000047430 keyboard.
What was supplied was not that keyboard, but a different one and one that does not have an LED indicator on the numlock key. There is one in the photo in the advert.
The seller states it is a 'Brand New Toshiba Keyboard' and a 'Genuine Authentic Part'. It is not !

The Seller does not make any apology, but instead says:

'It's impossible to get the same part number product. Part numbers are for identification purposes only.

'This laptop is very old, and Toshiba no longer makes keyboards for this model.

We had some old stock left and selling at a very low price.'

and:

'I hope you understand this business model and enjoy using the keyboard.'

While the keyboard works, the advert is misleading and prospective purchasers should double check with the seller about what will be supplied.There are other vendors out there that are more forthcoming in stating exactly what they will supply, instead of saying one thing and supplying something else.
