I purchased microsoft office from the website. The process was easy and it was well explained what to do. However I had some problems downloading it. Emailed customer services and they got back to me the next day. Their response was a bit confusing as they sent me a really long list of what could have possibly gone wrong. As somebody not too good with computers and programmes that wasn't too great but I did the first thing they suggested and it worked after that!

Purchased MS Office 2010 from software4students earlier this year. Superb service, downloaded and installed fine. I then purchased a new Laptop and they helped me sort out the problems i had putting MS Office onto the new laptop.

My son told me about the site and thought no way, but yeah ,great savings and great service, had a minor problem and the customer service got back to me very quickly.

Down loading was smooth, just think they need an icon to say which product I had down loaded 34 or 64 bite.

We wouldn't have been able to afford to pay for the software from normal retailers. It's brilliant to have this service where students can get first rate software at such low prices.

I was surprised that I did not know abut this until my daughter asked me to buy ms offce for her assignments. At first I thought it was too good to be true, but the process was smooth and customer service exceptional. They replied to my emails on a Sunday! 5****

I bought Office 2010 last summer and used my authorisation for 2 computers. I got a virus on one and needed to do a factory reset, which meant I lost office. Within the hour of an email I had a further download authorised ... and on a Sunday too! Thankyou! Thankyou! Thankyou!

I am very pleased at how downloading software worked. Normally I would make use of DVD's and CD-Rom's, this time I was more than happy to download the product. As a result, product has uploaded successfully and both myself and my son are using it. Many thanks to Alan for all his help and support.

Excellent product and price for the student market.But what impressed me most was the after sales service.My daughter picked up a virus on her laptop and the operating system had to be wiped and reinstalled.Because of this we lost the microsft office download.Contacted the company and the problem was resolved quickly excellent service.Thanks software4students.

This is the second purchase from S4S, the first was for my daughter's new laptop for uni and then I bought it for my son who uses Office 2010 at school (we had 2007 before). The site was easy to use and both times the discs arrived very quickly. My daughter loaded hers without a hitch, I, being less technically minded, had a bit oft trouble so I emailed customer services for advice. They replied the next day and I am now up and running. My son now has the same version of Office as school so he is happy. I am amazed at the value for money and recommend S4S to every parent I know, what a find!!.

Needed to get an up to date version of Word for Mac for post-grad writing. Great price and easy to access. Good online support.

Lost my disc (sent it to Amazon in a returned CD ROM - Doh!) and once I'd found my order number I got a new one ... with friendly service to boot. Combined with such a great deal I couldn't ask for more. Much easier than dealing with Microsoft

I found the website a little confusing at first, however it only took a few moments to deal with. Other than that, the package was very well explained, and came exactly as it was described.

Everyone knows these guys offer a great saving and service on software, but a recent update on my sons PC invalidated the downloaded software 11 months after purchase. I was gutted as my expectations to resolve were low, given its was nearly a year after buying and downloading, and they've had the money, and I've got what I paid for.
I was incredibly surprised to find the team could not do enough to help me, following up on progress and in one instance contacting Microsoft directly as I was getting passed from pillar to post. The software was re-instated and is now working perfectly.This was a Microsoft issue, however the guys at software4students helped me unconditionally. Can't recommend you enough. Thank you.

What a fantastic scheme. Other than talking quite a while to download the software purchased I have had no problems. This has allowed me as a student to have an amazing facility which I could not have afforded otherwise. Keep up the brilliant work!

When I discovered Software4students I wondered why I didn't know about it before! I found the site very easy to use and the downloads went very smoothly. I had one technical hitch due to an error on my part (not removing old programme properly) and the staff were incredibly helpful and patient. It was sorted out and now I have a very happy daughter who has software to match that of her school, making her homework much easier to deal with. I have told lots of friends about this website and they are as amazed as I am about what a great deal it is. Delighted customer and will be buying again in the future.
