I've bought two copies of Windows 7 (64bit for my PC and 32bit for my parents') the first copy I downloaded was shortly after W7 was released and the download was corrupt, but I received the disk a day after telling them about my problem. The second copy I bought worked perfectly (after I'd corrupted the download on my first attempt and redownloaded it).

So although I've had to use customer service a couple of times they've been excellent. Don't hesitate in getting your software and OS here!

Had an issue with a download so first tried Microsoft website for help - total pants!
Contacted S4S and they replied very quickly and Sally (nice to have a human being!) helped me to sort out the problem.

I received amazing support from Sally almost 5 years after I purchased my product. I wasnt expecting any support and simply asked for help expecting to be ignored or told sory too late, I was amazed when I got the support.

Great value - really easy to download the software. Had a query- contacted customer service and heard back very quickly with a helpful reply. Will definitely buy again from in the future.

I commend this arrangement strongly - the download sends alarm bells with security software - but no need to worry - just ignore and it'll be fine!

I was concerned when I had to format my computer and as a result lost Office 2010, but within hours software4students had reset my product key so I could download it again. Quick, simple and an excellant price

Can I just say what a delight it was yesterday, I downloaded Office 2010 yesterday for my daughters new computer, had a slight niggle which I contacted Software 4Students and within a couple of hours they had replied and everything was up and running as it should be. The niggle incidentally was my fault! Thanks.

i had my doubts, I mean, come on office 10 professional for under £40!!
but it's true, its legal, it works and their support is excellent as well, I had an issue installing and their support staff came back with some excellent advice.

Hi,
I've just ordered this and am hoping to get it in time for my son's birthday. I would NEVER have been able to afford the software normally, it is only through this scheme that I could do this. My son is in secondary school and it is IMPOSSIBLE to do the homework required by the school without this basic software.

Many thanks for making this available as you have just facilitated the equality of education for my son.

I only discovered this a few months back, but it's one of those things that makes you wonder why you didn't know about it before. This is a wonderful company that does a wonderful job in a wonderful way.
