Staff were great/seamless plus back up by Solahart is great.Bit disappointed in Goodwe batteries not yet approved by Amber Energy however that is happening in the future/still undergoing testing I am told. Goodwe a good tested product go figure unlike some of the new products that have been approved.

Brendon, The experience was excellent, but the two panels works well, but three panels would have been excellent. Two panels heat the water, but three pa els heat it much quicker.

Very good company to deal with. From start to finish the quote, purchase and installaion of our new solar panels went well. The panels are working well and the app for the system is easy to use. All the staff and installation team at Solahart have been very helpful and easy to deal with. Highly recommend them.

The service from quote to installation was amazing. Lyall the sales rep always kept us up to date and answered every question we had immediately. Definitely would recommend them to anyone!

Had an old solar hot water system replaced with a new solar system. Very happy with service so far. At least their representative provided a detailed quote prior to my booking, unlike another company who came and wasted my time and still have not bothered to provide a quote.

After a few false starts due to bad weather we have our Solahart replaced due to hail damage. The install team of Robert, Tyler and Sam where all very friendly and speedy on the install. Well done guys.

The whole team from consultant to office support to installers were above reproach. Weather forced the work to be split over a couple of weeks but we were accommodated quickly.

We had Solarhart install a solar panel system around 6 years ago and that went smoothly. Our issue has arisen when we gave asked to have someone visit to assess how it is now performing. I waited for over 4 weeks for someone to call me and book a service call. I finally got hold of a scheduler by chasing her through the receptionist. The scheduler claimed she'd trying calling me twice when i know from the call history that she had not. She was then to call me back with a service appointment time. In desperation i called the sales rep to help. He has initially been helpful and i realised talking to him that i just needed access to a system app. I'm now chasing him to get a registration detail to enable me to access the app. I think they fine with sales but after sales service support is apalling. The worst i have encountered.

I chose Solahart because of your history and the system is Australian made, the quote and approval went ahead as normal and there were a couple of hick-up with install. I have a driveway that is 1.7 km, mainly dirt with a couple areas that a 2-wheel drive would not make when surface is wet, we were delayed by weather and a vehicle in a repair shop.
I had discussion with staff over those times and was always happy the staff were open, frank and professional so for me it was not an issue.
Now the install has been completed I noted that everything looked neat and tidy, the bends were all good and correct, holes in walls and ceilings were the correct size and support stapes in place and the install looked professionally done.
The blokes arrived as arranged, were efficient, considerate and open in our discussion and easy to deal with, overall, a good experience for me.
