Nikita the person who took our initial enquiry was enthusiastic and interested without any “hard sell” tactics making the process a positive experience.

Dean organised, on short notice, a temporary fix of our failed system so we had hot water on the same day we contacted Solahart and Shorty had it working within a short time. The fix lasted until the new system was installed a few weeks later.

The installation team was on time and completed the job efficiently leaving the site clean and tidy.

The strength of this company lies with its staff from initial contact to completion of the installation process. All were enthusiastic, knowledgeable and personable.

We would quite happily use them again when needed.

I called to enquire about issues with my Solarhart. I requested it to be booked in for a service as we had no hot water.
The woman in Ipswich Service Centre was the hardest woman I have spoken to in a very long time.
I advised that the Solarhot water system was put in when the house was built in 2003, gave the address. She spent forever trying to find a record her end. She asked for the "LOT NUMBER" it was 23 years ago as if I would know that from the top of my head. I advised I was needed it serviced. She asked alot of other irrelevant questions as well.
I asked her "how long approximately do the systems last" her answer.
"How long is a piece of string."
Then she said the problem is getting you in, we are soooo busy. Then after all that she was going to say, "we do not service your area." but corrected herself.
Honestly, it was such a painful conversation.
I knew I had, my system serviced, but I couldn't remember the name of the people who serviced it. After hanging up from her, I found the name. I called them, and booked the service. It's all fixed.
Funnily enough, these people never wanted to know the size of my land or what the lot number was.
They knew the system was installed in 2003; that's all the info they had. They where polite. They also told me the approximate age of the systems and approximately how much it would cost to replace.
The communication with these people was painless. The conversation with Solahart Ipswich Painful. I would never contact them again. I would go through Toowoomba

From the first phone call it glided smoothly,from paying my deposit and getting the start date till it was completed ( the bad weather had something to do with that)it was stress/ trouble free.The staff were friendly and courteous and the service was 2nd.to none.Would recommend Solahart Cairns to anyone inquiring about Solar

I recently had a Tesla Powerwall 3 and 30 solar panels installed by Solahart Cairns, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

I cannot put into words the appreciation I have for Grant and his team. They went above and beyond to fix my Solarhart hot water system. His team, Solarhart head office and all his contractors, complete crane hire did an amazing job. They are true Darwin people who put back into the community and overwhelmingly care for the people of the Northern Territory. I encourage you to call them for all your plumbing and Solarhart hot water needs. Remember you should service your hot water system atleast every five years and Top End Solarhart are the people to call!
