All started off good

All started off good. Placed my order and payed with Clearpay. The following day I hadn't received a confirmation email so messaged asking when it would be dispatched etc. Ollie himself emailed back saying my order had been cancelled Because my transaction was fraudulent on my end and basically accused me of being a thief. Still a little gobsmacked actually. Anyone that’s ever used Clearpay will know how secure it is. Face id, password, texts a code and requires my bank details to match shipping and billing.
Later that day I noticed the trainers I purchased that had every size in stock was removed from the website. So either this company’s fraudulent or they just list stuff in stock when it’s not and accused there customers of being thief’s instead of just being honest. Ollies now refusing to reply when a simple apology would just be nice. Classy Ollie, really classy

As previously mentioned to you via email, we cannot categorically say that any order is fraudulent or legitimate. When orders are placed on our website, our third-party fraud screening partner informs us whether an order has a high, medium or low risk of fraud. Unfortunately, your order was flagged as a potential high risk of fraud. In these circumstances, we have a duty to refund the order in the best interests of a potential victim who could have had their account hacked. Whilst I appreciate that occasionally an order could be flagged incorrectly, in which case we extend our apologies, we are simply unable to take any risks.

In regards to the product you purchased now being unavailable; we only had a very small number of that particular model in stock. Given that we are currently running a promotion, items are selling extremely fast.

I'd like to take this opportunity to once again apologise if your order was incorrectly flagged as potentially fraudulent. Should the item you ordered come back into stock, you will be notified via email and the current promotional price will be honoured should you wish to purchase.

Totally let down by this seller

Totally let down by this seller, ordered on Sunday no communication until Thursday only to be told that they don’t have the items and have refunded my money.

Well that hasn’t happened, no money has been refunded and have had to email them and asking what is happening, if the money is not put back I will be notifying the appropriate authorities.

NOT GOOD.
VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback.

I apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. I understand this is not favourable, especially at this time of year. Although we endeavour to keep them to a minimum, unfortunately, due to the unprecedented demand that we see over Christmas, stocking errors can occasionally occur.

In regards to the refund; as the email sent to you yesterday states, the refund was processed immediately however, this is not an instant process and it can take a number of days to show back into your account. Generally, we ask to allow 3-4 working days for funds to show.

In the cancellation email initially sent to you, you were provided with a voucher code for future use on our website as an acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused by the cancellation of your order. I hope this goes some way to to apologise for any trouble caused.

Most are always worried when dealing…

Most are always worried when dealing with an unknown site, especially advertising a product that is difficult to obtain. However this purchase was easy, communication was punctual and goods arrived the very next day. What more can you ask for.

Best Service Ever 👏👏👏👏

I have been after some Jordan 1 for my daughter form months without success, I was watching TV on Thursday evening and a piece came on about the The Sole Scene, I looked online purchased the Jordan’s she liked and they have arrived via DHL on Saturday Morning 👏👏👏 fantastic service and would certainly recommend obviously you pay a premium to get hold of these goods but if you’re willing to pay these are the guys to use.

Fantastic service would definitely…

Fantastic service would definitely recommend and will definitely buy again! Ordered a pair of trainers but they where too small, but the sole scene was happy to help, sent them back and got a new pair a day later! Brilliant service would recommend to anyone.

Great Customer Service and Quick Delivery

Great service.

Faultless 10/10

I ordered the yeezy 350 Bred, was a bit sceptical about ordering incase it was a scam or not authentic products. But absolutely amazing service couldn’t fault it ordered on the Friday arrived Tuesday. Communication was spot on WhatsApp, almost instant replies Ollie is a very nice guy and is happy to help. Would recommend him to anyone wanting to find shoes where you can’t find anywhere else. I will definitely be using again faultless a 10/10 from me!

Very fast support, communication could improve slightly, product is authentic

Very fast support. However only 2 stars because when I ordered I asked when the product will be dispatched and I was told Monday, so on Monday I was refreshing the order page every hour waiting, I messaged again at 3pm on the Monday and ask if it’s still being dispatched today and I was told all orders are being processed on that day. Nothing changed with my order so I don’t know what they mean by processed but when I ask when it’s being dispatched and I get told Monday then I expect it to be dispatched that day. I then cancelled my order. So my experience is just with ordering and support.

Support 7/10 - 3 marks lost because they told me it would be dispatched on Monday and it wasn’t, 7 marks for quick speedy replies.

Ordering 2/10 - they even made a post on Facebook saying ready to ship, but it’s not true.

So no review about the product as I cancelled my order. If I ever order again then I’ll update my review.

Edit: decided to place another order, support is always very quick, order arrived the day after placing, good authentic product

Overall:
Communication 7/10 : I don’t give it 10/10 as they don’t seem to respond to emails, but if you message them on WhatsApp it’s 10/10 fast support l.

Delivery : 10/10 fast and secure

Product 10/10: I bought the Yeezy Zyon, I was unsure if they would be authentic but they definitely are.
There was some bad stitching and glue on the product but that’s not the fault of solescene it’s just bad Adidas quality control unfortunately. I’m a size 9.5 usually but 10 in ultraboosts, I ordered 10.5 for the Yeezy Zyon and they are still a little tight so I recommend ordering half a size of full size up.

If you come across this website and you are unsure whether to order then I 100% recommend them and I will purchase again.
