We highly recommend Solid Rock IT UK. They are personable, efficient & effective.
Each time we’ve needed IT guidance or assistance the team are ready to accommodate & work with us in a harmonious fashion. Not only has Solid Rock solved our IT issues each time, they are happy to explain in layman terms the problem & the answer. This helps us immensely, moving forward.

Laptop screen excellent service

This was the second time I contacted Mark due to problems with my laptop, and the service was as good as I remembered! Super helpful, quick and efficient. I finally had my screen replaced and my laptop up and running in no time. I would definitely recommend, many thanks!

I called Mark on Friday as able…

I called Mark on Friday and he was able to come the following Tuesday and managed to retrieve the data I needed from a crashed laptop. Mark was efficient and polite, did the work in pretty much the time the time he had estimated on the phone. I would definitely recommend him and would use his services again

My laptop screen broke

My laptop screen broke, the screen was all sorts of colours. A solid Rock IT Technician came to my house and fixed it in a flash. I am happy with the service I recieved and the guy was very friendly, Mark had my laptop looking and work like new again. Can't fault them.

Personal Computer User Support

As personal computer user the support from Solid Rock is unsurpassed. The customer service is outstanding and the work they do you for is excellent. For the several jobs they have done for me they have gone way beyond the expectations I had and even done additional elements as part of the job. For IT SUPPORT I would always go to Solid Rock for great work and very competitive prices - not to mention service with a smile.

upgrade desktop Mac

Our desktop Mac had been out of use for a while, and lockdown prompted us to try and get it repaired. Mark had previously helped us retrieve data from an external hard drive so we were confident in his skills.

As it was lockdown, Mark offered us a courier service for delivery and return.

The Mac was upgraded and brought up to par with current models. We are very pleased.

Problem Solved

Mark was very helpful and sorted out the problems we were having with Skype. During lockdown he managed this remotely. He is always cheerful, prompt and easy to work with.
