Very pleasant to deal with, didn't have to wait long for availability/ fitting. I was pleased to find (for an extra fee , but worth it to me) I could arrange to have the furniture moved by the lads who did the fitting so I didn't have to worry about clearing the room . Fitters were pleasant and efficient.

Solihull Carpets have fitted flooring to 11 of our rooms and I rate them very highly. They give good advice about most suitable product and do a first class job with extra things that I haven't asked for. Excellent.

Went having read dire reviews of a large supplier in the retail park. Lovely shop, no pressure. Found a carpet exactly the colour wanted and great price and quality, especially with a discount offer on at the time! Happy to let me take sample home to check. Fitting date was really quick too. Fitter has just been, arrived on time, really nice chap, great fit. Superb, really recommend .

What a fantastic company! We have just had the whole house re-carpeted, and from the helpfulness of the staff in the shop, right through to the final finish, the experience with Solihull Carpets has been absolutely first class. High quality carpet at a very competitive price, care and attention to detail by Wes and his fitters, have all made this a company we have no hesitation in recommending.

We decided to use this company on two occasions as the quotes provided were competitive and we prefer to use a small local company. We initially had carpets fitted in two bedrooms and the hall stairs and landing at our home in September 2022 following an excellent home visit by Richard. This job entailed a fair amount of furniture moving, and a lot of carpet disposal. The work was performed very efficiently; the fitters were pleasant and nothing was too much trouble for them.
We then had Blake and Joseph undertaking a fantastic and efficient job when fitting carpets and vinyl at our daughter's flat in January 2023.
The measuring up by Simon for my daughters flat included many useful suggestions including how to cope withwater potentially intruding into the hallway from a wet-room designed bathroom.
Emma at the shop was also very helpful with providing advice on which type of carpet, vinyl and underlay to install at the flat.
We have every confidence in this company and the staff and can highly recommend them.

The staff were very helpful and considerate and I didn’t feel under any pressure to make a decision when visiting the shop.
The fitter supplied by the shop was excellent, he arrived on time and did a wonderful job of laying the flooring selected.

Solihull Carpets provided great customer service in their shop and a quality fitting service, the best we have found in the area. Genuine, pleasant and helpful people. Fitting was hassle free and great workmanship. We wish we had found them sooner! We will definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

I am so pleased with my vinyl floor. Solihull carpets were so helpful and accommodating to find the flooring I wanted quickly and the fitter did an exceptional job. Would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

Ladies in the showroom very helpful and professional. Price was competitive though not the cheapest quote- we prefer to use a local firm when we can. It paid off on this occasion.The two young men who fitted the carpet, and the vinyl for our shower-room, turned up on time, were friendly professional and efficient. Did a good job. They cleared up after themselves.

Great service from start to finish. The girls in the showroom are true professionals and the fitters were on time and their attention to detail was really superb.

Would use again without a doubt.

VERY HAPPY WITH CARPET AND SIMON THE CARPET FITTER DID AN EXCELLENT JOB LAYING AND FITTING CARPET

We were looking for an easy to maintain flooring for our hall, kitchen and living rooms. Lisa talked through our options and spent plenty of time helping us understand our options, explaining how the Moduleo system works and ultimately helping us decide what to choose.

After the survey (more questions answered), we had specific dates for the flooring to be laid, which we were pleased Solihull Carpets were able to meet.

Laying the flooring took three days for our sizeable floor area. Wes and Jacob did a super job of it. They are polite, engaging and considerate and we are very happy with their workmanship.

The floor looks fab. We will be going back to Solihull Carpets for our next project.

I would highly recommend Solihull Carpets. The staff, from the lovely ladies in the shop to the measuring and fitting team are excellent, and nothing is too much trouble. Wes and his team have done a fabulous job with our kitchen flooring and it looks amazing, so much so we are now looking to get our stairs and landing carpet replaced with them.

I would like to recommend Solihull carpets and flooring to anyone who is looking to have their home transformed ! All the staff are amazing the girls in the shop are so helpful and patient.The choices available are endless and suitable for a range of budgets and the value for money is brilliant for really great quality products. I had 4 large areas fitted today the 3 skilled fitters were so professional and polite nothing was too much trouble they lifted my furniture very carefully and took care with my newly decorated rooms. They also arranged to have 15 of my doors cut down to allow for the thick underlay and carpet I am very fussy about tradesmen in my home so I would highly recommend the whole team at Solihull Carpets to help you transform your home too!! You will be delighted!!

After looking around the big chain stores, I went to Solihull Carpets. From the minute I stepped into the store I received friendly, helpful, professional advice but not in the least bit pushy. The bedroom which was fitted 2 weeks later by a punctual, polite and professional fitter. I was so impressed I went back to order a living room carpet and received the same level of service. I can highly recommend Solihull carpets, a great local independent business.

This was our 2nd order with Solihull carpets. Friendly informative staff, slight mix up in communication re confirmation of order so it was fitted a few weeks later than expected. That said it wasn’t an issue for us.
Lovely staff in store, lovely fitters. They did a fantastic job fitting and were very tidy.
Live the new carpet, great value for money. Highly recommend.

The service was friendly and for the most part informative, there was a defect in out current floor that the team helped resolved however there was some confusion on the total additional costs incurred by these works which caused distress and confusion, I would advise that each communication discussing costs are reviewed in detail.

The above problem aside the actually fitting of the floor was excellent the gentleman who completed the installation was informative and professional and left the work looking amazing. There were some issues discovered two days later (I have been informed this is normal) and the fitter came out straight way and resolved the issues promptly and effectively at no cost or concern to myself.

Despite the issues over cost (the only reason this is not a 5 star), I would recommend using them to anybody and will likely use them again for future works.

The young man who spoke to us in the shop was very polite and knowledgeable and we were able to make a decision on product and colour from the inital visit. All of the fitters were polite, tidy, speedy, professional and explained what they were doing at each stage. Would definitely recommend and will have them back soon to do more work. Very pleased with the results. The fitters were a credit to Solihull Carpets 👍
