Booking my car in was really easy, and I was kept informed throughout the process before the repair. Uploading photos of the damaged area was also straightforward, which made everything very simple.

I really appreciated that the vehicle was collected by transporter, and the repair itself was completed quickly and to a very satisfactory standard. The driver who collected the car was also great — he kept me updated and let me know when he would arrive, which made the whole process hassle-free.

However, my biggest thanks have to go to Dora and Louise, who I spoke to on a number of occasions. Both were professional, helpful and, importantly, genuinely human. They took the time to listen, answer my questions and keep me reassured throughout.

Dora and Louise are an absolute asset to Solus, and their customer service really stood out. A very positive experience from start to finish — thank you!

Our vehicle (Outlander) was repaired through the other driver’s insurance company (Aviva) as a third party direct claim.
The car was collected as agreed and repaired in the timescale given, we were informed all the way through the process then returned when agreed.
I finally got time the following weekend to run my very keen eye over the vehicle as I have a serious case of OCD (it’s a cross I bear) however, as much as I tried I cannot find any faults, all the underbody clips and fixings have been re-placed, the colour match is perfection, being particularly good as it is a plastic panel adjacent to a steel wing. Superb job, highly recommend to anyone using this company!

I had my car repaired at the Wednesbury site. As a third party claimant I wasn't expecting much but I couldn't have been more wrong. The communication, service and quality of the work I received on my car was first rate and the whole experience seamless and stress free.

Everything from the very first call to the almost daily updates to when the car was delivered back to my home just seemed so efficient and organized. Well done and thank you so much for a great experience.

The communication and quality of the repair have been excellent. So far all is well and the car seems to be returned completely fixed and no after accident faults. The actual repair is of a really high standard. My one slight grumble is that the pre-return valet wasn't 100%. The exterior has specs of repair debris on the paintwork and the interior still had glass and dust in it. Other than that an excellent job.
