Professional job from start to finish. Car collected on time and delivered back on time. Courtesy car was spotless. Cannot praise enough and communication was tremendous.

Solus carried out some fairly major repairs on my car last week. They kept me in touch throughout and delivered on time. Their drivers and office people were very professional and polite. Excellent service all round.

My car was collected and I was delivered a similar courtesy car. (This was much appreciated as initially Aviva had said I needed to drive to the Solus site in Wednesbury which I would have been disappointed with as it was a 1.5hr return journey!) The gentleman delivering it (Phil?) was very friendly and professional, talked me through the workings of car and it had a half tank of petrol in so it was ready to drive. I had text messages throughout to update me on progress. This was good as the Aviva email update links never did work. Very smooth, seamless process and the car looks great! Thank you!

Really pleased with booking my car in drop off and pick up of my car and courtesy car. Kept me updated with messages in text and app. Lookly my car was only in 2 weeks with parts and repair soon got me back on the road polite gentleman that dropped the car off to even the ladies that answered the phone to me carnt fault them.
