Sonetel is quite straightforward & easy to use. The engineering support & customer service are also very educated at what they do and always ready to provide prompt and good assistance.

SCAM company!!!
I purchased their service two weeks ago, never worked.
Ask for assistance several times:
They have a fake contact number that doesn't ring, I tried it several times.
They have a fake agent "Sonia" responding to emails, asking you one thing and after asking for more and more "certificate, or any other official documentation that confirms " my job. Basically finding excuses not to provide me the service I paid for.
Don't waste your money and especially your time!

I connected fairly quickly. I uploaded the necessary documents for authorization and identity verification. And that same day, I was able to use my number for its intended purpose. I was also able to choose my number from a list of available options. Everything works. The service center is also quick to respond. Overall, I recommend Sonetel.

I was having issues with incoming and outgoing calls. Sonetel technical team member Umang really help me throughout the process and was able to resolve that matter.
After resolving the issue phone voice quality was totally change.
