I've been a customer since 2008 and my most recent purchase was completed a few days ago. Tracking for my last purchase stated the item was delivered, however the item was not dropped off. I contacted customer support and explained the situation. Joanna responded and provided next steps to help resolve. Luckily, my neighbor received the package and was holding it for me. I called in today very frustrated with Sonic Electronic after getting the wrong equipment sent twice and I had a horrible experience with a customer service representative on Friday. I called in today after getting my replacement speakers delivered yesterday and they were wrong so I called in today and asked for a manager and Honey asked if she could try and help me so I told her what happened on the last few orders so she took great care of me and resolved my issues. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE HONEY!!!

Unfortunately, the page for the Dynavin D9, from which I made my purchase decision, listed a heads-up display as included in multiple places. This item was not shipped with the D9. Customer service via phone and email exchanges with Honey were professional and courteous. The final resolution was a refund of the price of the omitted item and a correction of the product listing. Thank you, Honey, for pleasant service!
