Customer Service Fail
I purchased an open box NVX amplifier. It did not arrive with the harness for the input signals. Apparently this is a semi-proprietary design and you can't find the harness by itself anywhere. I worked with customer service and they were able to ship the harness within a day. Unfortunately, the harness they sent (quality control?) had a wire that was uncrimped from the connector - rendering it unusable. I went back to customer service about the new issue and their response was... no response. So, I had go on my own journey of researching micro-fit Molex connectors and soldering together my own harness made from a graphics card micro-fit Molex connector and RCA cables. I spent as much money doing the extra work and purchasing supplies as I would have just purchasing the full price sealed box amplifier. Lesson learned, I'll stay away from Sonic Electronix next time.
