I really love my car stereo I ordered from Sonic electronics but I thought I speakers in the doors but I found out after I hooked up to stereo there was no speakers so now I have to order speakers from your guys and I hope I have a great experience doing that take care Salvatore Morgese

I had ordered the wrong thing not once, or twice, three times! All my fault! So I had 3 items to return and when I tried to do them online it was not working correctly. I called Maria and she quickly got all 3 items set up and emailed a return label to use. It may not sound like much but it made my day a lot less stressful! Thanks Maria!

Sold me speakers as direct fit and they weren’t. Then offered to sell me adapters for another 50 dollars which is fine if you need them but I should have been told you need this to be direct fit. No I would have had to wait another three days with my car torn apart. I got the parts I needed from a junkyard. Turns out the 13-14 mustang used a different speaker design. Maybe do your research before selling something as direct fit.

The item I ordered was listed as being open box in excellent condition, not used. The item had AN ISSUE WITH THE MAIN PART OF IT FUNCTIONING, THE POWER TERMINAL WON'T TIGHTEN DOWN ON MY 4GA POWER WIRE!! The terminal wouldn't unscrew all the way and when I called Sonic to get a replacement I was told that they are sold out of my amp. The amp looked great, but when I took it apart I could see the full extent of what was going on. There were bent prongs and broken plastic pieces that are meant to hold the outer shell together. I really couldn't believe that they would send me something like that. The cosmetic condtion of the amp was great! I'm a person who hates to do a million returns (and I love the amp) so I ended up finding a fix for getting the screw for the power terminal to turn so I can screw down my power wire. In the future if I EVER shop with Sonic Electronics again, I will call to verify my item is exactly as listed!
