Had a question regarding power supply, quick responses and helpfull people.
I'd buy from them again.

I submitted a support ticket over a week ago regarding an issue with a device that needs repair or replacement, but I have yet to receive any response. Based on other customer reviews, this lack of communication seems to be a common issue. Their FAQ and product pages also contain language that comes across as unprofessional and even arrogant.
Unfortunately, my experience so far has been disappointing. I would strongly urge Schiit to reconsider their partnership with this company. I’d recommend looking at alternative products from other brands that offer better customer support.

Miserable customer service: sends the wrong product to me in Germany (adapter for plug required) and does not compensate me for the return postage. Has the longest and most restrictive return policy I ever experienced. Unfriendly personnel does not answer my Schiit product related questions but demands that I read the info on the website. However this info is not up to date but describes an older generation product than shown.
Schiit definitely must change their European distributor!
Schiit distribution in Europe. The distribution company has the worst practices with clients:
-Pay for transport and doesn't come very fast
-Pay for returns even if the product has a defect
-Attitude towards client (it is your fault..., or, yes the product makes noise but that is ok)
-Not very proactive when hinting for warranty
I will buy from now on from JDS labs on amazon to avoid this kind of issues here in Europe.
Ordered 2 Schiit products a while ago. Emailed 3 times. It seems they don't have any means of contacting Schiit, they are just waiting for stock-info. Worst was that I didn't get any heads-up, not until my second email.
