First time ordering off this shambles…

First time ordering off this shambles of a company and I will never be ordering again. Trying to scam customers out of refunds, I sent my order back within the 14 days return period however they've said because it didn't reach their warehouse within 14 days I can only have a credit note. The items are cheaply made and can be brought from Ali Express instead for a fraction of the price. Will be doing a charge back through my bank.

Stole my money after saying I’d receive a refund

Returned my item within 5 days or receiving it, had an email to say they have received my item and that they will process my refund within 28 days. I waited the full 28 days before emailing, it has now been a month and I still have not received a reply or my refund!
Their customer service is AWFUL. Not only do they have my money but they also have the dress I sent back and have taken the charge for the return as well! PLEASE be wary when ordering from here, they do nothing but scam!

Ali baba china products , low quality, i ordered 3 months ago products with the value of 450£ and havent received it yet and never will going to receive it .

No refund after over 5 weeks

emailed and messaged multiple times, and there has been zero response.

This is completely unacceptable. You took my money, received the return, and have ignored every attempt I’ve made to get in touch. It’s beyond frustrating to be treated this way.

I will never order from this company again, and I strongly urge others to avoid them — once they have your money, they clearly don’t care about customer service or doing the right thing.

The WORSTT SIZING EVERRR

Omg the WORST sizing I’ve ever come across ever!!
So I am usually size 8-10 I am very curvy with more of a slimmer waist especially on my top.

So I like to size up. The size small didn’t fit which is fair enough, medium didn’t fit I was thinking hmm alright bit strange, but the large didn’t fit??

And that’s where I was like hmm okay wtf bc it wasn’t like it was baggy, it was just toooo short bear in mind im 5’6 58kg if that even matters.

So annoying because I thought it would be skin tight but at least but it still wasn’t, it’s just wayy to short maybe they just specialise in petite sizing but even my petite friend was having problems with this brand and their customer service, don’t make me even talk about that.

I do not recommend this brand one bit, and forgot to mention, their quality is so baddd so think so see through. Everything about this brand is terrible.

Returned a dress and never got a…

Returned a dress and never got a refund. Still waiting for £60. You make the effort to pay the 4.99 shipping cost to return the item - they email you to say they’ve received it and then never give you your money back.
Wouldn’t buy from here again!

Scam

Ordered 3 items, didn’t like 2 and needed a bigger size in the one I did. Sent all 3 items back within 23 hours of them being received & I’ve had an email to tell me they won’t accept one of the items due to a strong ‘odour’. Where’s the strong odour on the other 2 items then? Either I have to pay £8 to have that returned to me after spending £150 originally and £5 to return the package or I lose £55 for a bikini set made out of the cheapest, flimsy material due to an apparent odour. I will be taking this further.

Also selling items found on Ali express for triple the price.

Do NOT buy from this company

I ordered numerous items from sorelle. The items I received were mislabelled, did not match the product description on their site the size/material/finish was different and the quality was far below what was advertised. Threads were exposed, and items falling apart. I have contacted Sorelle but received either no reply or a generic “we don’t accept swimwear returns for hygiene reasons” ignores the fact the products were misdescribed.

This has been ongoing for months, causing me significant time, stress and inconvenience. I would not recommend purchasing from Sorelle.

Pros: none to report.

Cons: misdescribed items, poor quality, no meaningful customer service.

Highly recommend

I ordered on Wednesday using the standard delivery option and it arrived today on Friday! I love all the items that I’ve received and will definitely be purchasing again soon!
Wasn’t sure what to expect from reading the reviews but I can honestly say my experience with this company has been super. Highly recommend☺️

ignoring my emails.

Royal Mail lost my return to Sorelle.

I contacted Sorelle saying Royal Mail said they have to claim direct to them and they can give them a refund to give to me.

They said they would contact them but now it’s been over a month and they are ignoring my emails.

Disgusting company with disgusting people that working in customer service. So rude and have not got an ounce of manners. Missing items and refusal to refund and then refusal to refund when the items are sent back.

returned £160 worth of items to Sorelle…

returned £160 worth of items to Sorelle back in August, and I’m still waiting for my refund. After sending numerous emails with no response, I’ve realised they clearly don’t like refunding customers their money. They even lied, first saying there was “blood” on the item (which is ridiculous — it wasn’t even tried on), and then told my bank it was “torn.” They can’t keep their story straight!

It’s honestly shocking how unprofessional they are. After this happened to me, I’ve seen so many others sharing the same experience. Be warned — their clothes look like they’re straight from Shein, and the customer service is awful. I’d recommend staying far away from this company.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars, I would.
This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I placed an online order, but since it wasn’t going to arrive in time for my holiday, I placed a second order of the same items, with next-day delivery. I ended up needing to return items from both orders and sent the two parcels at the same time, keeping my proof of postage.
One parcel contained two items, they gave me a credit note for one item and said they would return the other item back to me, I am still waiting almost 3 weeks later. The second parcel contained 4 items, the postage receipt shown the difference in the weight of the two parcels, which I had provided in my correspondence to them. They are now claiming the return only included 2 items instead of 4. As a result, I’ve received an £84 credit note instead of the £160 refund I’m owed. I’ve emailed multiple times, but communication has now completely stopped. Prior to that, the replies I did receive were rude and unhelpful.
I’m absolutely shocked that a brand with over 900k followers can treat loyal customers like this. It feels like they’ve stolen from me, and I’m not going to let it go. After reading so many similar complaints, it’s clear this isn’t a one-off, they must be making a fortune by ripping people off.

Avoid at all costs.

Dont order from this scam business

Ordered 4 outfits. Received on 30th July 2025. None of the outfits were suitable. Completed return on their website. They signed fir and received the return on 13th August. They didn't refund me. Issued store credit. I contacted them and said I didn't ask for credit, but refund to original payment method. They said their returns policy was that they receive returns within 14 days of me receiving order. I said that they had received my return on the 14th day. Which according to my maths is correct and within their policy. They replied that it was received on the 13th August and stated this fell outside of the 14 days!!!! Obviously their maths is not their strong point. I sent countless replies by email, which have been ignored. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They are scammers. Business practice....there is none

Placed order recieved. Asked fr qr code to get hut way a label unwell kids cudnt get out to library then msg for qr to be told no.send bak now . Sent bak that day for now to be scammed out my money told a credit a don't want a credit note a wnat my cash a payed for the skimpy item that was nothin to it hence reason sent bak wasn't worth money.
