Lovely Pair of Leather Trousers Perfect Sizing
I bought a pair of leather trousers and they are absolutely perfect. Not too heavy but just right for either summer, autumn or winter. Very smart with a little top in the summer evenings. I had a small issue with the delivery tracking number not working. I gave a lovely lady called Sofia at Sosandar a call and she sorted it out for me straight away. Excellent customer service from Sofia. Sofia was polite and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. I am very grateful to her as they were not cheap trousers. They arrived on time today as promised. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Quality staff like Sofia make all the difference and of course the clothing is very good quality and sizing.

I live in Perth Australia and love everything about Sosandar in particular nobody has what I have they fit me perfectly I'm 5.10 and the long leg is my favourite the only thing i dislike is i like to look online early hours and buy more goodies then forget and then get a lovely surprise a few weeks later hahaha

Lovely clothes with good service

EXCELLENT customer service - fabulous quality clothes!
What a delight to deal with such a responsive, friendly company!
The delivery driver unfortunately delivered my dress in the wrong place ... it was picked up with everything else and taken to the tip!!! Arrrrggghhh it was for a specific occassion less than a week away 😫.
In steps Faye who is an absolute credit to Sosandar's customer service team. She went above and beyond and ensured I had the dress delivered on time (whilst in the background they deal with the courier).
When it arrived I have to say I was over the moon!!!
Superb quality, fits like a glove and is just perfect for the occassion.
I will definitely be shopping again with Sosandar and can't recommend them, and Faye☺️, enough!

Great customer care
I have been a customer of this company for years now and have always been pleased with the quality of the clothes and the service. I recently placed an order and there was an issue with one of the items which had a faulty zip. I contacted customer service and the amazing Faye dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently. Charlie from the Support Service was incredibly supportive, empathetic and helpful. I was having difficulties trying to navigate the Returns System as I am 80 years old and not completely IT confident. Nothing was too much trouble Charlie sorted it all out for me without making me look like the idiot I am!!

Fantastic customer service
Due to a typo I put in my postcode, my parcel ended up at the wrong address. I tracked it down, it had been handed back to Evri (who claim no knowledge of it). Sosander have been excellent, particularly Charlie, who dealt with my issue and has popped a replacement dress in the post for me. Excellent customer service.
