I absolutely love the range of clothes…
I absolutely love the range of clothes from Sosander. I'm going on a cruise next week and will be taking my 5 Sosander dresses and lots of other colourful tops. The customer services team, particularly Faye, deal with queries quickly and fairly. The shop in Marlow is also worth a visit.

I placed an order for trousers which…
I placed an order for trousers which were ordered in regular but were too short .
I decided to keep them and let them down because of the hassle of sending them back.
When looking to order another pair of different trousers I went to check on the length of my original ones and discovered they were wrongly labeled as regular when they were actually short.
I phoned the office and spoke to Faye who could not have been more helpful .
She said the trousers were out of stock so I said I would wait and re order and she agreed I could send the others back even though I’d got them in March ( unworn of course)
As it happened I was in Marlow yesterday so I popped into their store with the original trousers and they actually had a pair in stock in 10 Regular so they spoke to Faye and she refunded me the old pair and I paid for the new ones then and there and they are perfect !
All in all a very helpful efficient service

Courier didn't deliver top. Replaced sent within 48hrs
I ordered a top that was sent by evri the courier, I waited and waited got told its on its way but it never arrived.. so i contacted Sosandar direct and spoke to a lovely lady called Faye. I received an email raising a claim reference the same day. I spoke to her via email twice then I was told that they were replacing the top and it would be sent via Royal Mail. Which I received in 48hrs free of charge. I 100% recommend their customer service and Sosandar. But I also love their clothes anyway.

No response to my issue!
Emailed there customer service department on monday about an issue with my jeans, haven’t heard a thing. Really disappointing!
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a recent purchase of 3 x jeans from your company (order 1048581353). I followed all care instructions provided and wore the blue flares for the first time alongside a brand-new pair of white Holland Cooper trainers, valued at over £100.

This level of colour transfer after a single wear is extremely disappointing and falls well below the quality I would expect from a reputable brand.
Given that the product has not performed as reasonably expected and has resulted in damage to a separate item, I would like you to review this matter and consider appropriate compensation. I would appreciate your prompt response and a resolution that reflects the inconvenience and cost incurred.

I have been a customer for years and love the quality and style off the clothes, but for the first time I had to send a pair off shoes back after wearing them once found out they were faulty, but Charlie ( custom service) was amazing, I sent them back a replacement was done straight away, even before they had them back. I mistakenly sent back a size 14 dress…
I mistakenly sent back a size 14 dress instead of size 16. The size 14 was the dress I want to wear to my daughters wedding. Charlie at Sosandar was extremely helpful, she contacted the returns department to locate the dress and send it back to me. Charlie has kept me informed throughout. I am extremely grateful for her help as the dress was no longer available to order.

A satisfactory Customer Services experience
I contacted customer services as I had to return a jacket for which the full description was not indicated online. I would not have ordered if the description had included the fact the jacket had sewn in ruched sleeves and therefor felt I should not be charged return postage in this particular case.
