I had a great experience with Sound Better! Thank you!

I’m a big fan of Soundbetter! It brings me new musical adventures quite regularly. But I’ve set only 4 stars because I’ve been trying to become a Certified Pro for years and all my attempts have been unfruitful and I still don’t know why. The criteria are not communicated. Anyway I still love this platform, and I’ll keep trying until I make it.

Pretty great but I think I ought to be made a premium client by now.

I recently discovered SoundBetter and have only completed one project with them so far. The process was smooth, and I like the fact that there are so many professionals to choose from. I needed help with mixing and mastering my songs. I looked through and read the bios of several mixing/mastering engineers listed in my area and made a selection. The engineer I chose was easy to work with and was very attentive to all my requests. The songs turned out great and will be released in January 2026.

I love the quality of people and work I’ve gotten. I do not like the clunky communication. If you insist on no outside contact you need a collaboration/video component or partnership. Additionally…I tried to do the pro subscription 14 months ago…and as Grammy winning mixer and 30 years high end experience I can’t be confirmed as a professional. Robert Plant says I’m pro, but not sound better.

Not getting enough work and there's nothing more I can do to improve my profile.
It feels as though algorithms just keep the same few people visible, and hide people like me who always get 5 stars but don't have enough chances.

It was great finding musical talent on SoundBetter with an easy way to get in contact and stay in contact with the talent. I'll be using this going foward.

I'm using SoundBetter for both artistic and technical aspects, collaborating with a session vocalist for a dance production and an engineer who mastered one of my remixes. The results so far are fantastic.
