Faulty equipment and poor service
The speakers I've received were marketed as being good for desktop speakers. They however have a constant hiss which is clearly audible at all times, and are generally sub par quality for the price.
I try to return them and pay soundimports for a shipping label, but they provide one which cannot be printed from the parcel service, as they do not provide the required QR code. They then request I go to a printing center to get it printed instead. If I pay you for a return shipping label, you should really make sure it works properly or send it by mail or in the box you send your customers.

Recapping of 30 year old speaker crossovers
Had to recap my 30 year old high end home speaker crossovers as the capacitors were way out of spec and some even dead. Their capacitor range is top quality and assistance for replacement selection was great from Aneta. Comparison of the one speaker with new caps and the other with old capacitors was astounding. Highly recommended and will shop again for the overhaul of my second pair of high end speakers as well. Thanks.
